"I was reborn into the body of a child, now I live in a peaceful mountain village. Maybe giving life a second chance in the countryside isn't such a bad idea. I'll raise some goats, marry a nice girl, and... oh the neighbor's kid is back. She's a NINJA!?!?"

Join Pakin on his quest to live the life of a successful shinobi in the Land of Lightning. With a body crippled by childhood illness and chakra reserves smaller than a puddle, can he grow strong enough to survive the coming war? Or will he be crushed under the weight of his seemingly impossible goals?

What to expect -

- Slow progression: Pakin is a kid with no ninja training and a weak body, it'll take a while for him to start shooting ninjutsu everywhere. I also want to take some time to explore what isn't shown of the ninja world, how do all those weapons get made, what are the daimyo doing, what's that shiny rock over there.

- Bloody and brutal combat: That being said, a big part of being a ninja is combat so expect there to be a good amount of fighting. These battles will be between super-powered, trained since childhood, elite combatants and will respect the amount of violence those titles evoke.

- Trauma: Pakin may be an adult in the body of a child, but he still feels things a ten year old would normally feel. Thus, the experience of being a child soldier will not be kind to him. Nothing overly gratuitous, but when bad things happen he doesn't always react the best and those memories stick with him.

- Divergence from some canon: My story takes place before Shippuden in the Land of Lightning, so I have to create a lot of stuff whole-cloth to fill out a believable world. I'll also be adjusting and adding some things about the power system to have it feel more coherent to the story I'm trying to tell. However, I'll be sticking to canon when I can to maintain consistency with the larger world of Naruto
