When the apocalypse comes some take it as a call to action, prepare as best they can and strive to make the best of their situation. Others, hide in the deepest hole they can find in order to find somewhere to live through it. Some still lead others to rebuild. The worst do there best make sure none of the others goals come to past. While the best try to help others regardless of the cost.

Then there's Maxim who slept through the warning of the apocalypse and missed the chance to choose to live in a paradise were he wouldn't have to work a day in his life. Now he's in the apocalypse with no time to prepare competing against the best humanity has to offer with nothing but his bed mattress. Well I suppose Sloth isn't the worst sin one can have just inconvenient in the world were grinding literally means power.
