Refusing to do it, Elise runs away with her friend Danira, far from her family’s reach. Damath, a man reborn in exile but determined to bring his people back to the land they were forced to abandon. He has made a promise to himself, his mother, and the rest of his people: to do his part in their shared goal of returning home someday. A promise to reclaim their cities, their temples and their pride. Qilani, a humble worker, once lived a quiet and content life, until the choices of powerful people around her shattered her way of living. What a beautiful original cover! And Seeds of Cauldron does not disappoint! I love the blend of sci-fi fantasy in this book, and it is so well-written, I was impressed from the first page!
Style: Masterfully crafted embedded narrative gives depth, originality, and rich story-telling. The artwork also adds so much to each page. This story is so well laid out, it feels professional. The prose is beautiful, and descriptions flow through every paragraph. There’s even a YouTube recording of chapter one you can listen to, and it’s so well done!
Character: Three points-of-view so far, and each one is compelling. The way the author draws the character pulled me into their world, truly experiencing the scene, whether it was the odd weather of Cauldron or the difficult circumstances.
Grammar: I made one punctuation edit, otherwise, I didn’t see issues.
Story: This is a fantasy with many plot lines coalescing, plus in-world literature that gives that feeling of it being real. There’s complex story-telling going on, but it reads so smoothly, it is a joy. What I mean is, expect layers to the story, but not laborious reading. It flows well.
If you love well-crafted fantasy with original world building, this one’s for you!

I just finished reading every chapter currently available and I am SOOO hooked, you have no idea! This world is amazinggg, the characters are incredible, and I need the next chapter right now! Okay okay, let mw calm down and give you some real feedback. But seriously, this is awesomeee.
Here are my thoughts:
Style
The way it describe things is just... wowww. Everything feels so realll, from the creepy forests Damath walked through to the huge underground city of the Drakvari. It's super easy to picture everything.
Story
The world of Cauldron is SOOO cool. The whole idea of the planet Auron causing a "long night" is such a unique idea! And there are so many different kinds of people (Haksari, Drexari, and Drakvari) and they all feel so different and interesting. I love how we get to see different parts of the world with different people, it makes the whole thing feel so big and epic.
The plot is so gooddd, I need to know what happens next!!
Grammar
Grammar is super solid! Everything flows so smoothly, I didn't get stuck on anything. It was just a really easy and fun read. It lets me just fall into the story without thinking about anything else.
Characters
Okay, the characters are the best part!!! So many favorites alreadyyyy.
Elise: She is so sweet and brave for leaving her home. The part with Danira's family was so heartwarming, they are the bestttt. And when she showed all her Sun Markings, my jaw DROPPEDDD! What does that meannn?!
Damath: Damath is so intense! That pilgrimage sounded so painful but he just kept going for his people. He is so determined and I really hope he passes the trial. And he sounds so unique with his antlers and bkue scales!
Qilani & Zulanah: Their story is so saddd but so good. I felt so bad for Zulanah when she was so disappointed. When she decided to leave, I was so scared for her! I really hope Qilani sees her again. Their friendship feels so real.

I have to say, this story feels like peak writing. It’s the kind of thing you read and immediately realize the author has been carefully building up to for a long time. The world doesn’t just exist in the background, it’s alive, breathing, and layered with history, culture, and struggles that feel real. Every chapter gives us a new perspective, and each one adds to the richness of Cauldron without ever feeling overwhelming.
One of my favorite things is how the worldbuilding is delivered. The “Collected Records” at the beginning of chapters and the personal letters at the end are such a clever touch. They´re not just info-dump; but feel as pieces of a living world, written by people who exist inside it. It makes the setting feel grounded and immersive, like we’re studying history and personal journals instead of just reading exposition. That kind of storytelling is rare and very engaging.
The characters themselves feel just as strong as the world. I just hope that it doesn´t get too hard to follow with the continously changing perspective. Y
Overall, this feels like the start of something huge. The writing is sharp, the world is rich, and the format with records and letters makes the story feel special and unique. If the author keeps this level in writing, I will be very hooked.

The highly detailed scenes make it super easy to visualize the beautiful landscapes of the world. The dialogue is very detailed really helps in setting the tone for the entire world as a whole.
I get a very cozy vibe from many of the chapters, but I can sense that there is something dangerous that might occur in the future. it really is the type of story that you read, and then get sucked in and unable to stop.
My only grievance is that there is not yet more to read! I cant wait to see what else the author will cook up in the future.

Story: The world building, the lore, and the subplots are all integrated together beautifuly. Im always wondering where the story will go but never angry about where it has already taken me. It has a very clear picture of what it wants to be
Character score: The characters are done flawlessly, especially Elise. There is a lot of character work being done even when no words are traded. There is a lot of character work being done through the environment too
Style: Very fantastical. SO fantastical I gave it five stars. I don't really review unless I feel very strongly about a book, and I only give five stars if it really captures me and impresses me with what it decides to do with its time. Its beautifully written. There's a lot of different relationships at play and rexamining them after reading can really give you completely diffeent interpretations of the same story, which is really nice. It makes all the worldbuilding I mentioned in "story" section of this review have tremendous payoff. I couldn't get enough of it
