I've read a fair amount of HP fanfiction on ao3 / .net and this is a very competitive story.The quality of writing is, I would say, top tier for fanfiction stories, and it hits the SI / OC tags that I love to see.The plot is something not seen too often, being an OC muggleborn perspective on Harry Potter. Giving this a unique taste compared to the general fantomRating this 5 stars as I've read this all in one go, and it was a genuine page turner for me.My one criticism: the plot relies in more recent chapters on the MC's relationship with powerful characters, and the finance that they bring. This takes away some agency from the character and the story, as there can be no true financial setback with their support ongoing.

It is AI-assistet which you can feel while reading it at similar occasions but overall it is still a big pleasure to follow the story!The setting and the characters take you back to the world of magic we love and to be honest I personally just love to see how different the fanfictions let the word and story play out and immerse myself into the magic world of harry potter.This story focuses on a time before even Dumbledore and Grindelwald. It somehow is the storyline and characters of the hogwarts game but different because the MC is reincarnatet and knows the plot what will come. He doesn't know the plot of the game, just what will happen in the future with Dumbledore and Grinderwald. I like the style of writing and the plot feels rewarding and interesting enough. So thank you for this story and I wish you can keep this up for long

So far so good! The main character doesn't feel overpowered or anything like that; their hard work, practice, and way of learning from mistakes are emphasized throughout their academic journey. This means that their achievements feel earned rather than given to them on a whim. The developing relationships, both friendly and unfriendly, are really nice to read! Especially since it addresses the blood prejudice and lack of development in the wizarding world. Unlike most fics that kinda gleam through this societal issue, this fic seems to have a plan on how to combat this and take the first step toward better change.

Also wondering if by the time gellert even rises which I beleive is in like 30 years or more will our mc make enough progress to change gellerts rebellion idea.
Cause sellers feared non magus and new magical would be outted in the future and out gunned and manned.
So maybe someone bringing the magical world ahead will change his.mind.
Or will our mc be forced to.become the first dark lord and become what gellert did cause magical in that time where not seeking change and looked down on non magical specially since at that time non magical had not made massive progress like they will in the 1990 upwards.

I can honestly say this is one of the best pieces of writing I have read on this site in my years of reading, let alone fanfics. The story has a nice balance between the growth of power, the steps and actions to gain that power and the relationships developing around the main character.The setting and time frame are well represented and all conflict both social and physical are well written and paced.I do have one critique but it does not put me off reading, sometimes the mc comes across a bit flat. The additions of him exploring his humanity with his friends helps and I understand in these earlier chapters that setting up to larger conflict and fleshing out the setting is quite important but a few small details and or scenes just to add some emotion back in may be helpful.Overall I look forward to reading on and cant wait to see where this story heads.

I have to call it a fanfic b/c you are absolutely diving into world already created and very vividly present in most of your readers minds already.
That said, this is very much your own story in this world, cemented right off the back with the different time period.
Then you went ahead wrote a quality story so far. The pre-knowledge is there, but blunted or blurred in the main character’s personality and goals/focus; indeed almost overwhelmed by several years of trauma upon entrance into the new life/world.
A few complaints or aspects for improvement: There are definitely parts where you delve too deeply into the theory crafting or technical details, at least for my personal taste. There are plenty of others who welcome the occasional deep dive into the nuts and bolts of a complex lesson or project. For me, these sections are easily skimmable as needed.
The place I saw room for the most improvement was that some(not all) of the secondary characters were very slow to gain any depth or identity or individuality. Some never did and were pretty interchangeable with one another. You have noticeably gotten better at this as the story progresses, but there were some rough sections of it early on.
Keep up the great work and keep the creative juices and chapters flowing!

There are questions pulling the reading in such as the transportation to this other world and also how will the wizarding world we know translate to this different time period.
