Description
He was lucky. Or cursed.
The night his parents died, he didn’t fall into the hands of fate — he fell into the bony embrace of undeath.
Raised by the archlich who rules the mist-shrouded borderlands, a boy orphaned by murder grew up among skeletons in polished armor, servants who didn’t breathe, and tutors who hadn’t blinked in centuries. The lich gave him shelter, knowledge, and a name.
He’s been sent beyond the safety of bone and shadow — into the chaotic, bewildering world of the living.
His mission? Discover who killed his parents. Understand why.
And maybe… try living like the mortals do.
Whatever that means.

The writing is decent. Absolutely easy to read, but could be improved to make it feel more immersive. I think the initial growing up part feels rushed and I think the author wanted to quickly get to the meat of the story without spending too much time on the backstory.
I found it to be an enjoyable read, good job author!
