Description

Despite being a young master of the Zearthorn sect, Neave is not a cultivator. And if he can have his way, he never will be. Years of daily beatings, bullying, and abuse haven’t been enough to make him change his mind, and the ultimatum from his father won’t be either.

Forced to choose between an arranged marriage and a path of cultivation, Neave makes a third choice. In a desperate, last-ditch attempt, he enters a secret vault and encounters a treasure.

A book he should have never touched.

Trapped in a hellish time loop of death and suffering, he fights waves of demons in an impossible challenge of skill, creativity, and perseverance.

What will happen when he finally returns?

Oblivious to the apocalypse he had become.

Unaware of the horrors he had dragged outside.

So, i would like to start from the fact that I now hate you Mister Author, I just finished the first book and I was totally hooked until, well, it ended. So now I have to wait but the book was so good that I can't read other stuff cause it feels underwhelming. Pls give me back my will to read other books thanks.

I went in without really expecting much. But hot daaamn was it good like really really good. The mc is awesome. Honestly he gives of some feels of a reincarnated individual. Like the way he thinks and trolls around sometimes. And I'm starting to think that really is the case. Altogether really good novel waiting for hiatus to end now tho.

This book is fucking amazing, I've imagined similar stories all the time (not the cultivation but the Mc being trapped in a time loop and despite learning much slower than others due to lacking talent or teachers slowly becomes absurdly powerfull over the course of eons eventually escaping the loop) and have even contemplated writing such a story but im not a very talented or motivated person so I never got around to it, and it feels so fucking good to find a book like this.

I've been here sense the start of book 2 and I gotta say its actually a fun read because unlike almost anything else in the xianxia genre I can't predict what the MC will do and the growth to power is actually explained it doesn't feel like the MC is suddenly the biggest strongest guy there is, which actually makes it a fun read because you don't go okay how is MC gonna beat the baddie this time also the MC can lose (or at least think he is) sometimes which is refreshing, though I would like to see him do more of that (important to note I have not read the rewrites though I will once this novel un-stub)

As I read the first chapter I fell in love with this book, lol, you hardly find good, well written, time loop stories out there but this one has it. The characters have depth and personality which is rare for a cultivation novel,  they are understandable and even relatable in some cases.  The world itself is done just right, you are given information but not too much information, it leaves you with an idea and a need to know more.  Overall, I'm enjoying this and look forward for more exciting and interesting content.

I'm not skilled at writing reviews and voicing my opinions so this will be fluffy but whatever.
This book has been very enjoyable so far and I expect it to continue that way. I like the craziness and unexpectedness with the mc. I like the weirdness/uniqueness of the power system in this novel, more so referring to the spirit trials. I like the stuff going on behind the scenes and the possible showdowns/opportunities/ whatever else you wanna call it being setup.
Now that I've hopefully reached the word limit l hope this dinky little review hides in some dark corners to never be seen.
Good job tho author :) 👍

Written extremly well with an interesting premise that got me to binge all the available chapters. I dontt really know how to explain the smile I had on my face reading this. I've read alot on this site and very very few feel this tight and well written with so few chapters.

Apparently I'm legally obligated to give this five stars after having finished book 2... which I don't mind because I think the book absolutely deserves it.
It's crazy, whacky and morally grey in some areas but does a good job of being cognisant of it excusing and explaining it.
The MC eventually gets semi op? But he never feels boringly overpowered. All the OPness comes from things that don't actually make him invincible. Even with all the insane things he can do he still feels like a very small fish in the pond that has only a small idea that something like an ocean is out there.
Character wise it is primarily focused on the mc, but still keeps the side characters fleshed out and interesting. Beware though, the internal dialogue of the jester is so well written that you may find yourself understanding his worldview, logic and arguments even if you fundamentally disagree with his conclusions.
What does it mean when the words of a raving lunatic, who's final goal seems to be genocide in one way or another, start making some sort of sense? You may still disagree with the solution to the problem the insane kid proposes, but it's hard not to be personally interested/invested in where it will take him.

Rules? What do rules matter when your main character is a psycho?
This is one of the more enjoyable and entertaining of the stories I've recently read, and that's for a good reason.
The characters feel alive, are intriguing and are developed to the end. You don't have any half-assing in this story. If it's introduced, it will be played out, and it will make you scream (hopefully in joy).

I'm writing this review as of book 2 chapter 2. The book is oozing with potential, the bits of lore we've read so far have me hooked and the power system has me wanting more. I love how unhinged neave is, and the supporting cast is chefs kiss. They provide a great range of reactions to neaves actions and story. Bravo author! I can't wait to read more.
