The Duke’s Hope

Duke Elio Grandark of Weston was a cold and callous man. Known as the Bloody Demon of the West and infamous for being invincible and bathing in blood on the battlefield, he expected to live and die with a blade and hand. But then an unlucky arrow to the shoulder and a festering wound sent him back home. Faced with a decree by his king to both wed a bride chosen for him beforehand and produce an heir before he could return to the battlefield, Elio grudgingly accepts.

He planned to just do the bare minimum and fulfill his duty. But then he meets the woman to be his bride and finds himself at a complete loss. Who was this foolish woman who dared to look at him with warm eyes despite knowing his reputation...?
