So far the story has drawn me in with how realistic it portrays a parents feelings, and add on top of that a system apocalypse? I'm loving how the story is going.
    Style:
The story is written at a good pace and it all flows together well. It doesn't require reading multiple times to actually understand things that are going on.
    Story:
So far I'm loving the characterization of the family unit and how they all feel like real people. I'm looking forward to seeing what becomes of them as they learn to deal with the system apocalypse.
    Grammar:
The grammar has been top notch so far and none of the sentences sound weird. I love that I've not been taken out of the story by an issue and I'm about to just focus on what's happening.
    Character:
The father is immediately interesting with how he reacts to things and how protective he gets towards his daughters. I love how it captures the feeling a parent can feel.
The two daughters are close seconds with the older one doing what they can to help, and the younger one having a curiosity about things.
I'm interested to see how the mom gets fleshed out through, hopefully infrequent, interludes from the main story and I'm looking forward to her inclusion in the main plotline.

Overall, I really like this story so far. I haven't found any stories quite like it, and it's intriguing for me. I found this story on another litrpg shoutout, so I knew it would be the same vibe, and so far it's drawn me in with how realistic it portrays a father in a tough situation, Which isn't something you see nowadays in stories.
Style: My fav so far. I really like this authors style and sentence structure. No complaints, just vibes.
Story: so far so good! Can't wait to keep reading! Like i said before, I'm glad i took a chance on this story from another author suggestion, it's really good!
Grammar: flawless. I'm a bit of a grammar freak and i haven't found anything so far.
Character: Very gripping and heart warming characters. I'm not a parent yet but I like how it portrays how a father feels. I also really like the daughters, but i don't want to give too much away, so I'll just say character development is great and i can't wait to see where they end up.
Keep up the good work! I will update as i continue reading, great job so far, can't wait to see what happens next.

In the beginning it's a long, slow, burn for the MC and his party to become what they need to be. In the beginning the MC was a dithering idiot and the kids were little more than a Greek chorus, but I've become completely hooked on this story.  The action is solid, the violence snappy, the dialogue is clean and realistic, and the story develops into something convoluted and intriguing.
This is a great read and I hope to see it play out to it's fullest extent. You should take half an hour out of your life and see if you don't get hooked too.

We all know the “standard” protagonist of system apocalypse stories, a lone wolf, disconnected from society, doesn’t care about anyone or anything, just looking out for himself. In this fiction this is not the MC, in fact, our MC is much more interesting, a father, having to survive the new world with his daughters as a family, a set up I would much like to see more frequently. The plot is still in the beginning, we have much to learn about the characters yet. The grammar is good, without weir phrasings or misspellings. I will follow this story with interest.

I'm biased but I really appreciate litrpg stories that include family interacting together. My favorite is parents and kids stuck Isekai'd or in the apocalypse together.
It creates an entirely new dynamic than the lonely MC wandering around killing. There are just other factors and it makes for deeper characters, at least IMO.
Troy is off to a good start with this. Only 8 chapters so far, but they're some meaty chapters, so I'm looking forward to more.

A bing-worthy mostly standard system apocalypse - with family (father/daughters - and separated wife).
The part that makes it great is the pacing. Every reveal of the world or the system or magic/skills/etc. comes at the right time in the right amounts to keep me on my toes and excited to read. I keep finding myself interested in what is happening and wanting to know what happens next.
Extremely well executed. I am curious how the kids (teens) will play into the story over time.

This story had great potential in the first few chapters, but by chapter 44, I feel like it has squandered that. The beginning was not exactly original, a standard System Apocalypse, but it was executed well. The protagonists, I felt, were interesting and the family dynamics among them made me look forward to where this story would be going, what with how the primary protagonist has to grow stronger while also keeping his daughters safe.
(Spoilers ahead) But where it went wrong, in my opinion, was when they entered the dungeon. Initially I thought they'd spend a few chapters there, level up, and then get out. But at this point, they've spent 34 of the 44 current chapters in the dungeon. This overly long dungeon delve has thoroughly bored me. It's the same thing every chapter: Loch fights, worries about his daughters having to fight, lets them fight anyway because he can't do it alone and needs help, and then repeats this next chapter. I'd have liked to see some character interaction with people outside of this family, anything other than more boring dungeon delving.

While I do love the premise, a man and his family trying to survive, I have found myself wishing for more. I can't tell if its the strange pacing, at times abnormally quick and at others dreadfully slow, or something else, but the immersion doesn't seem to settle as well as others of the genre. That is not to take away from the story, its compelling with good characters and action sequences galore. The world building is fairly standard, where the work really does shine in my own opinion, is the remnants of society and the trying to survive. Which is why so far it's been frustrating since we haven't spent much time on the actual societal impacts and attempts at surviving as a society. Hoping to see this more fleshed out in the future, will be continuing to read though!

Great set up, but MC is an idiot.  Too painful for me to continue to read.  He doesn't listen to or ask for advice.  He doesn't distribute his stat points.  If you don't care about those things then it is really well written.
I made it through 12 chapters.  Also the writer makes spelling and other mistakes and doesn't correct them when pointed out.

This Story is a standard System Invasion LitRPG with simply a few changed words to describe certain resources, nothing fancy. Grammar generally good, a decent flow while reading. Its the beginning of a story, so the Characters are still being explored, but a general understanding of them is present.
However here are the 2 big flaws that made me put the story aside:
    a) Severe Inconsistencies: Age, Ability and Level of Characters change back and forth in between chapters.
Example 1: Age of oldest daughter constantly switches between 15 and 16 years. In one chapter its the prior, then in the next its the latter and then again the prior...
Example 2: The weapon of the MC (an axe that can level up) was shown to be level 4 at some point. A few chapters later in, it was mentioned that the axe just managed to hit level 3 (there are multiple other characters that have a skewed leveling progression or change levels somehow).
Example 3: Axe of MC has the ability to return to him if used as a throwing weapon. In an earlier fight, it was made clear, that if MC is thrown around and looses his axe, he cannot summon it back into his hands. In a newer fight, he again gets thrown around and looses his weapon, but is able to summon it to his hand....
    b) The MC is a bloody idiot. He is plunged into a system apocalypse, has no idea what any of it means. That is normal, I can understand that. What I cannot understand is, he has access to a system-equivalent of google AND HE DOESNT FCKING USE IT!!!!! He literally has all possible answers to his questions, but doesnt ask the questions..... wtf
If you like system apocalypse novels and are okay with the above mentioned flaws, then you will probably enjoy this. I cant ignore it, so I stopped reading it and dont really plan on continuing either.
Good luck to the author tho. Hopefully he will manage to fix some of the inconsistencies.
