Description

One minute he was at the top of his game; the next, he was in it. Propelled into a different world, forced to possess the body of an infernal being, Ryan Hanson finds himself more powerful than he has ever been, living in a universe whose physics are very similar to the games that he dominated.

The problem is, he's been brought in with a purpose not his own, into a body not his own, shared by the soul of a being that's not too happy that he's there with him. And back in his world, he's left behind a loving family that he will do anything to get back to, chains and magic be damned.

Follow the journey of Ryan as he tears through a dark and tyrannical fantasy world, making powerful choices about character build and strategy while collecting and creating magical loot of all types and battling against the urges of the infernal being he has been forced to possess. This story contains dungeons, temples, random encounters, loot, inventory, crafting, NPCs, the beginning elements of empire building, and hopefully so many powerful feels.

Be ready to smash, laugh, cringe and cry as the MC makes his first blundering, then confident, then masterful steps towards tearing off the chains that bind him . . . and making his way home.Authors note:I spend a lot of time on Facebook so if you wanna find me, google my name or find me on theLitRPG Forumor else atLitRPG Books!

This is one of the few gems within the sea of novels that features decent fantasy elements. There are centaurs, and plenty of other magical creatures, which is amazing, because it really helps you get invested into the story. It's immersive, the author obviously put a lot of work in to properly tailor both the story, and its characters! The grammar is good too, so overall the story doesn't have any noticeable challenges, and it's a good read.

This story is indeed a gem. From the prologue to the last chapter - it keeps me hooked. Though, I am currently in chapter seven as of this review. I will make sure to give a fair, honest and respectful review. With that aside, let me get right to it.
Style: The style deserves all my praise. The author uses captivating, immersive and non-overbearing descriptive elements while balancing the pacing, action and dialogue all at the same time. Everything about the story unfolds naturally, and I did not find myself breaking out of the story's immersion even once. The first person POV also works well for the story.
Story: This is the best part of the story. The plot is executed well, and it is interesting, and the premise drew me in from the start and refused to let go. The beginning of the isekai is also amazing. The fact that Ryan ended up in the body of a monster and that the body isn't even his own is what really drew me in. The story is mostly realistic - excluding the fantasy aspects, of course.
Grammar: The grammar is good. I did not notice any errors.
Character: Ryan is the main character, and he is 3D for the most part. All his thoughts, actions and dialogue are realistic. Ryan's motivations are also relatable and he has an engaging personality. The other side characters like Ike and Kevinar are also realistic too, with their own personalities and motivations.
Overall: The story is an excellent read and I will highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a good fantasy story.

The story is about a human who is a legendary player of a game that gets isekaied into the body of a monster.
The story goes into the details about the human's struggle to adjust to the new environment and his wish to return back home.
The world is well thought out and involves many creatures all struggling and trying to survive in their own way.
The secondary characters also are fun to follow. I find the story to be a bit description-heavy but other than that, this is a fantastic start to a story.

Grammar (5/5): The grammar was spot on! I didn’t notice any mistakes or rough spots that hindered my experience. Good job on the grammar, author!
Style(5/5): The story is written in the first person POV, which I greatly enjoy. We see the world through Ryan’s eyes and experience everything he is. I loved the author’s writing style and how he uses vivid descriptions to really make the reader feel what’s going on. The prose is fluid, and the dialogue is great and engaging!
Story(5/5): The story opens with Ryan in a gaming tournament. One day, he was with his wife, celebrating his victory, before he woke up in another world. The story has a lot of GOOD fantasy elements that really get you invested. The author put a lot of work into it since hints are carefully placed and make you want to know more about the world. Overall, I’m enjoying the story to the fullest, and it is definitely the strongest part.
Characters(5/5): Ryan is our MC. He’s fleshed out, realistic and well-written. He’s smart and resilient, which is a bonus. There are other characters like Jeldorain and Kevinar, who are also well-written and realistic. Each character has their own voice and personality and motivation that keeps the story flowing.
Overall(5/5): I really enjoyed this story. There’s a lot of fantasies on this cite, but this one needs more attention. I will give this story a follow and continue reading. I love your work, author. Keep it up!

I'm not a big fan of lit-rpg, but I definitely appreciated the writing of this story. It's a smooth reading, with enough detaled descriptions to picture what is going on, and dialogue that mostly sounds fairly natural.
I especially liked that while the world is very game-like, including achievements, crafting and the like, the story actually describe what this game-y concepts feel like to the character - for example, the interesting detail that a crafted weapon includes leather even if there was no leather in the input materials, and a really nice description of what it feels like, being influenced by a bard's song.
There's also a good balance of combat, interaction between characters, and discovering the world. The first chapters make a good job of introducing the main character, the party (which might be a little too numerous imo) and the world.
My only criticism is that the world, so far, feels quite standard issue - we have typical fantasy races, an evil empire, and there even seems to be a good races\evil races divide, which I hope will get subverted to some extent. Videogame tropes seems to be played pretty straight.
Overall, that makes for a very well crafted story, but not a surprising one, so far. However, we're still fairly early in the book, and it might well be that this world will feel more unique and fresh once we get to know it better.
