I love your stories man. This one his very good.
While the mc seems to be too arogant, it's understandable, as someone who can play with today rules can easily be top tier in the gx era. And considering that someone like koala guy (don't remember the name) can enter into the academy who is a top one, that give the average level, so yes, the mc as right to be arogant and he is not anoying. relationships with other don't seem forced and natural and the romance is quite good.
I like how mc duel and can't wait the next chapter.

In the battle with all the obelisk blues, ring of destruction does not work that way. you need to use it on OPPONENTS monsters, and they need to be equal or LESS then your LP. meaning in order to use it on his own five headed dragon, you would need to first raise their LP by 1000 points, AND swap dragon to THEIR monster instead. first part is easily done with upstart goblin giving 1k lifepoints and giving you an extra card. But the second bit would first need an enemies monster to swap with, changing it from a one turn KO to several turns.

Note: I have read this fic already on another site up to chapter 26, so this review can´t really be exclusevly about the 10 chapters (to date) on here.
It´s a typical SI, with the usual troops that apply to it. The basic story and writing is nice enough and the author at least didn´t start to immediatly pull out archetypes from multiple generations ahead to dunk on his opponent and feel superior because he managed to beat Jadens elemental heroes with fucking dragon rulers or something like that, so props for that.
The downside is that the other typical Si troops are in full effect. You have our protag being amazing in duelling (never lost a single duel, the best duelling score average in the whole academy, once beat like half of the male obelisk dorm in a single duell that was him vs everyone else in one turn).
Of course everyone is super impressed by him and that ranges from Jaden to professor Crowler ... naturally also includes the female students .. because of course it does.
Love interest looks to be Alexis ... because of course she is. But since the teenage student isn´t enough dark magician girl gets thrown in for possible harem shannenigans.
So yeah, the base is there but it gets dragged down by the usual shit that SI fics tend to be full off.
