I've been enjoying this story since I stumbled over it.
I can't truly comment on the pacing as of yet; so far the plot is still in its infancy, and while most stories would be developed further by now, the characters are being developed using that time and space so it is hard to gauge. Despite the story this far being summed up as “spoiled pet shenanigans” over Sixteen chapters, I don't feel like I am grinding along. So it's not slow paced. To me it is a happy medium.
It is written in the first person perspective, so it is hard to know what is a writing mistake vs the character being a caty brat who trys to play it cool as soon as they notice someone seeing them get their mandibles in the cookie jar.
That said I've yet to notice any memorable mistakes after a second skim through so I am giving full marks.
The main character is a caty brat and revels in it. They are a memey grub who will munch all the things; they have an eye for an eye attitude when wronged, perceived or otherwise.
I am just waiting for them to get onto a high shelf with something valuable, and start to prod the item like they are going to bap it to break on the floor. Then they simply eat it once their warden darts beneath them to ketch the thing. Bonus points if the poor sap gets to feel the crumbs fall onto their head.
The nameless supporting characters don't feel like random robots, most are highly undeveloped but we're seeing them through the eyes of a self absorbed bug who can't understand a word they say and is highly disdainful of whatever so and so had the gall of not only calling themselves a god but also naming them “Kissy Kissy” revenge will be theirs!
So yes, an enjoyable read thus far and all this before a single thing is said in a chapter. Alot of showing and Not telling.

The writing can seem a bit difficult to read at times, but it's because the viewpoint is from the bug MC who's brain is going a million miles a minute and is very easily distracted.
Imagine a low Wisdom/high Intelligence character. Smart, but not really good at applying it. It's great fun, acts like a cat.

Style: The style is good and very funny and entertaining although on various occasions it's difficult to tell what's happening since we usually get the reaction of the mc towards an event instead of the description of the event itself. So you usually have to infer what's happening from the mcs reactions and comments and while this is fine it can get confusing at times.
Story: The early chapters of the story are very laid back and slice of life, they are very fun and it's mainly mc doing stuff in a house and getting into shenanigans. The next chapters involve mc being able to communicate and leading to more shenanigans and more system stuff, although it does get a bit dark and intense for a moment which personally I really like but it does contrast with the previous chapters, it makes me feel pity and empathy for mc and his situation. The most recent chapters involve more humans and they are good so far although it kind of seems to forget about the intense themes the story had a few chapters ago and goes back to shenanigans which causes a bit of sentimental whiplash, I also find it interesting how the cultivator world has been portrayed so far and I'm excited to learn more about it. I also really like how mcs system is implemented and what it does, there are some surprising moments which I won't spoil but they are quite good I read all the chapters I'm one day.
Grammar: The grammar is very good, I did see some errors although I'm pretty sure they are on purpose since they appear when mc speaks and they seem to be jokes. Unfortunately this means I don't know which errors are on purpose and which are real but you can still understand what's trying to be said so its probably fine.
Character: The characters are very good, the mc is great they are Lazy, Gluttonous, Bratty and kind of an asshole, while some might not like a character like this they fit perfectly in the story which the author wants to show us. Mcs interactions with humans are very entertaining early on, but

The story started out like your standard monster evolution litrpg, revolving around the mantra, 'eat, sleep, eat.'
The mc was initially a pest that slept a lot and gave its overconfident caretakers hell whenever it woke up, from simple mischief like stealing food to killing giant lizards, and generally not caring about everyone's reactions. Then they grew up and constantly had me going like, 'You're doing what?'
From fighting fools to skipping sex and giving birth.
This is the only character I know of to take a nap then wake up rich.
