Description

Leo had lived life. It might not have been exciting, but he lived it. He yearned, gained, loved, and lost. And with his dying breath he dared to challenge whatever was watching over him. He had no regrets, and as he lay on his death bed, the fire continued to burn.

The heavens were amused, so they decided to give him a chance. Leo was going in for round two.

This story has a very interesting idea at it's core. It's got a lot of potential to become something stellar as well!
Style: 4/5 - The chapters themselves are very short and leave you wanting more immediately. This can be a great thing, but in this specific instance they feel a little too small. Adding more detail about the world or about the situation Leo finds himself in would be simple change and add a lot more depth to the chapters.
Story: 4.5/5 - The idea is very interesting. I won't go into depth here because it feels like a spoiler. BUT! Leo is going through something very crazy and unexpected. While I initally thought that he would be getting a second chance at life (due to the summary), it very quickly became something else entirely. The shift from the summary may deter some, but I believe the idea executed here is still very much worth the read.
Grammar: 4/5 - This story is written in present tense, which is a breeze to read through. There weren't many mistakes that I noticed throughout the first five chapters. It is also very easy to understand and follow.
Character: 4.5/5 - The characters are very interesting. Leo, being the MC, has a strong personality that shines through in all the scenes. He is a good person and he likes to test the limits. I'm very curious to see what happens as his character continues to develop in this wild world.
Overall: 4/5 - This is a good story and it's well wriiten. My main complaint with it is the lack of depth and detail. I would love to see more about the world. What does it look like? What do the people look like? Is everything exactly as he's known his whole life? Things like this would draw me into the story more and fully immerse me in the world.
That said, that is entirely my opinion.
