In a world were crazy powerful groups of criminals, aliens, soldiers, mad scientists, monsters, and secret agents all clash with one another, there is a lot of collateral damage.

Who do you call to clean up the crazy science experiments that got loose during the daring fighting?

Who is willing to deal with a crazy outbreak of mutant monsters or psycho robots when the main bad guys are off elsewhere causing havoc?

That would be the elite clean up specialists:  The Hammer Jacks.

They are a mixture of clean up crew, monster hunter, pest control, and bounty hunter, as needed by the job on a case by case basis.

Taylor Kavern is one of them, and he’s looking forward to a nice long vacation.  Of course, one of his agents begs him to take one last job, in a place all Hammer Jacks avoid like the plague on a good day: New York City.

The city all the powerful groups, both good and bad, routinely go to in order to lock horns.

But it’s just a quick in and out job, right?

A simple smash and grab rescue job: break into the bad guys base, rescue who needs rescuing, break back out, get paid, get that vacation.

What could possibly go wrong?

This world is a gritty version of the world if the cartoons we all loved and grew up with were to suddenly share space with each other, and a certain amount of reality.

I’ll let the audience figure out which cartoons as the story goes on.
