Description

Angels Fall. It’s all a part of the Divine Plan, for how can you surprise an omniscient being? But who is to say the Fall is the end of the story? Perhaps on Orth, the One God’s proving ground for humanity that He in His Grace will universally redeem, another kind of redemption can occur.

From Primordial Ooze

Hired by a wealthy patron to find and chronicle the last unexplored region of a vast continent, a young woman born of a human lady and an angelic spirit finds herself in the midst of a social dispute between two rival faith groups. Inexplicably drawn to the leaders of both movements, she must assist with helping the faiths find common ground while still completing the task promised to her generous patron. What secrets will she uncover from the depths of the primordial ooze?

Spirit Made Manifest

Glass, graduate student of the College of St. Kimberley, thought this was just going to be yet another field study with her professor, undergrads, and rival graduate. Instead, she finds herself freeing a spirit, once trapped in ruins for untold Ages before her arrival. Yet while most spirits form bounds through blood offers, this spirit proposes something new—a bond in exchange for a small part of her soul. Mantling the spirit so both of them can be physical at the same time, Glass has to navigate the reality of never being alone in her thoughts again. The bond between her and the spirit grows deeper, complicating things as she tries to finish her dissertation, and asking the question of what a spirit really is.

I haven't had a chance to comment on everything over the christmas season, but I've been reading studiobunbug's works on and off.
The prose, while sometimes long winded, is very much a biblical way of writing, dealing with the concepts of morality and good.
As a practising roman catholic myself, a lot o the conversations reminded me of seminary - Hexadecimal, and Hope feel like actual conversations I had heard in past.
I genuinely enjoy this work. I hope more people read it too, just to embrace somce theology and views of One God and the interesting world Bun and Bunny have made.
Thank you so much for writing it.
