Description

He's been transported to a world of magic and wonder with deadly monsters around every turn. Is this the adventure of a lifetime or path to certain death?

Max has spent his life under the thumb of other people, doing the most dangerous jobs while getting none of the rewards. When a heist goes bad, he finds himself in a new world full magic and an RPG system like the games he has no time to play. With the help of a beautiful woman who has no physical interest in him, and another trapped in a ghostly void, he must navigate a world full of monsters and uncover the secrets of the Dark Portal. All while being constantly distracted. Can Max find the Dark Portal and return home? Will he even want to?

Portal to Eveirea is a fantasy LitRPG / Isekai adventure where the main character is transported to a world full of magic with a weak to strong progression. This is not a harem story, in any way, but there is plenty of flirting and innuendo. There are no graphic sex scenes.

This is a story that I've co-authored with my friend Chris, and we hope to release a chapter a day for the first couple months then see where things go from there. If there is demand, we may start a Patreon account which will feature early release chapters.

If the Good Guys/Bad Guys had an intelligent main character.
Its safe to say I love Litrpg, and one of my favorite series is the Good Guys, however, quite often I get annoyed at the antics of the MC.
Max is the opposite of Montana, in a good way. He's a mobster/theif who gets isekaid to a fantasy world. He feels like he has a lot of depth, and the third person narration is pretty close to him. It is fun to read.
Style: This is where the story excels. The writing is excellent at a technical level. It is easy to read but detailed in descriptions. The system feels great and is easy to understand. The combat was fun, and the health bar system while less crunchy than I personally like was well handled.
Story: The MC works for the mob and gets sent on a mission to steal a bunch of worthless diamonds. Plot twist: The diamonds are specially made to create a portal that can instantaneously transport items across the world. Due to his damage, then the portal goes crazy and transports him to a fantasy world filled with evil crows, angry farmers,  and a litrpg system. If you like this genre, you can't go wrong here.
Grammar: I noticed virtually no errors. If grammar mistakes bother you, this story wont bother you.

Alright... fun read. As the reader, you're thrown straight into a mafia plot set up at the very beginning of the story that is mainly there to characterize our intelligent MC, Max. Known for being a thief, it's very blatantly shown in the story that Max has hardly ever been in control of his own life. Anddd then he gets isekai'd
Style: Really easy to read. Love the updates throughout the chapter when the fights are occurring to clearly describe how the world operates. Of course with it being a LitRPG, there are statistics that show up every now and again for the MC, but it's not overdone.
Story: Still very early into the story, but it's quite engaging. The worldbuilding for Eveirea is starting to take shape by chapter six (where I'm at while writing this) and the characters feel authentic (I'll get to that later). Max is still finding his footing in this world. If there is anything minor I should mention, expect quite a few descriptions of attractive females.
    Grammar: Looks good to me
Characters: Something I've always loved in stories is when the MC is smart, witty, intelligent, adaptable, whatever term you want to use to describe the MC not being a complete fool out of the gate. Sure, I understand being scared or nervous after being thrown into a completely new reality, but I feel like most people would take the logical approach of taking it slow and learning things by just being patient and listening. And that, is something Max does. There are a few minor characters I've met so far that don't seem like they'd have this massive role in the long run, but they do their role.
Overall, you all know how much LitRPG and isekai stories are beloved on this platform, and this is definitely another story worth checking out

I read the first three chapters of this for a review swap and enjoyed my time with this story. Here's my review!
The story reads easily, and the LitRPG elements are all incorporated nicely. The reason for the half-star off is mainly because of the first chapter where the author spends a LOT of time describing the secretary's appearance.  There's nothing wrong with that depending on the story you're trying to tell, but it became funny after a while and I'm not sure that was the reaction I was supposed to come away with. It wasn't "breasted boobily" or anything, though. If that's something that turns you off from a story, look away. That's the only problem I had with the story, and I don't think it's that big of one to begin with.
It starts how you'd expect an isekai to start; MC is engaged with something and that something ends with their death. I suppose going beyond that would spoil the story so I won't but it follows the traditional isekai path pretty closely. I don't consider that a bad thing, though. There's something to be said about stories that do tropes well, and so far this story is doing the standard isekai story well.
No egregious mistakes. It was readable.
It's too early for me to give a hard statement on the main character since my swap was for three chapters. So far, he seems competent/capable enough to participate in his own story. He has agency and a drive to see his goals accomplished.
Overall, I feel like this story is great for someone who wants to see a traditional isekai/fantasy story done in a brand new style. Give it a shot!

Everira starts off with a burglary. And a mafia boss setup. This sounds good. Then we're instantly into a new thing at the end of the first chapter. hmmm.
Style: This is written in a third person close POV. It has a fair with a fair amount of callbacks in it, so good world building. there are a bunch of logical leaps here that I'm finding a bit absurd and comical like using a swiss army knife as a climbing implement.
The action is good. Realistic a bit. The system is simple and easy to understand.
The only change I would make is using blue boxes for things.
Character. This is fine. It would also be fine in first person.
Grammar: The grammar is fine with this one.

Credit where it is due, hats off to author's descriptions.
Go ahead and read it if you want to get lost in smooth progessing litrpg plot.
The world building can be better- like we don't know if the old battlemage following is supposed to powerful if not what's stopping him from becoming powerful.
Too many females attracted to mc after just looking at him, a little info behind their thoughts can be good, like he was too handsome or smtg.
Mc started late with level-1 no one talked about it.
