I didn't get terribly far, only having read through chapter 2; however, I found the grammar, flow, and general writing to feel more like a draft of a story. I think there's some real potential, the premise seems decent, and the character believable in their personality and intentions.
That said, there are repeat words/phrases. A lack of - or sometimes jumbled - punctuation. As well as no punctuation to differentiate narration, thoughts, and speaking. And the general flow in the first two chapters is slightly rushed and a bit all over the place.
Overall, I think if the author takes a second pass at the story and cleans it up, tightens prose, and adds proper punctuation this could be a decent fanfiction.

This is an isekai pokemon story. MC gets transmigrated into the world of Pokémon and this adventure is set to begin! MC is the cliche disillusioned mid-20s adult that plays video games and hopefully the allure of a new world will assuage some of the monotony of the original world.
Similar to another review here, this story reads like a first draft/outline. Phrases are jumbled about without a cohesive overarching flow which leads to a muddled message. Cliches abound, one of which I summarized above. Punctuation is used but often incorrectly - there is a difference between a comma and a period. Entire paragraphs are rambling run on sentences without a strong goal.
I cannot recommend this story in its current form as reading the actual prose is difficult and a chore. I cannot adequately judge the story as it’s merits may be hidden by the other issues.
