    Contrasting science and cultivation, the piece bounces back and forth to try and combine the ideas and then takes off with a short story and then ends as if it makes a lot of sense. Contradictions do not seem to be the point and yet this piece is all about them. The prose is often awkward and the ideas are muddied, so this is interesting, but it dances around the point as if there is some great hidden meaning. It does not seem to be the case, so the piece really doesn't stand out in terms of narration or story.
