- boobRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I've been reading your novel for quite some time and have absolutely enjoyed it. The author's constancy in creating a gripping story is admirable. The anticipation around the reveal of a certain figure such as the missing word after "n...," which I am looking forward to, offers a lot of possibility. I'm looking forward to going deeper into the novel. I'd also like to express appreciation for the time and work put into creating larger chapters, as it considerably improves the reading experience. Thank you for your hard work and for producing such an interesting piece of work.
- jimmylaterRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The story has a really engaging start with the mystery surrounding the chronotex, which is a material found later that is named after the Greek word for time. The level of detail in the story is also impressive, especially when it comes to the unique setting of Pakistan, specifically Hyderabad. The author does a good job of painting a picture of the surroundings, but there could be more detail added to other aspects like religion or the local mosque. Additionally, more detail could be added to scenes like the traffic, and the author could consider naming some of the roads to make the geography more believable.
The characters are another intriguing aspect of the story, as they are mysterious and keep the reader engaged. However, some readers may find this to be a turnoff. The engagement is good, as it gives new mysteries every few chapters to keep readers hooked. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of character detail.
The style of writing is good, and there are no issues with it. However, the grammar needs improvement. There were no spelling mistakes, but the author occasionally forgot to mention the setting, which can be confusing for the reader.
Overall, the story scores a 5 because it creates an immersive world that follows Jack's mysterious goal. The author does a good job of keeping the reader engaged and intrigued with new mysteries, but it will be a challenge to give all the organizations and characters the necessary screen time they deserve. Overall, it's a great start to the story, and I'm excited to continue reading and see where it goes. - MMohMMa2Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0As a new user, I stumbled upon this book on the new releases and decided to give it a read. To be honest, it was a great experience! The book started well and developed into something that could be compared to present-day open-world stories. Although the character roster is small at present, I am confident that more characters will be introduced as the story progresses. Overall, it was a great read - I finished all the chapters in one sitting. I hope you continue to write and bring out the book's full potential.
- Lucian T. EinarRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0**Overall:**
"Nomad's Tale" weaves an intricate web of mystery and time manipulation, capturing readers with its engaging start and promising plot. The narrative introduces Jack Sterling, a spy entangled in a dangerous pursuit of the Chronotex.
**Style:**
The author's style adeptly paints the unique setting of Pakistan at the beginning, pretty uncommon I guess. The level of detail in describing the mystery surrounding the Chronotex and the protagonist's goals is impressive. However, opportunities exist to enhance the portrayal of local elements, the environment, local people, and whatnot. The writing style remains engaging, introducing new mysteries at a well-paced rhythm.
**Story:**
The story holds great potential, introducing the mysterious Chronotex and placing Jack in a challenging position. The evolving mysteries and the promise of unique powers associated with the Chronotex add depth to the narrative. While the story is immersive, attention to character details and organization of screen time will be crucial for future developments. It could be also better if the first few chapters could be slightly longer.
**Grammar:**
The story, despite occasional lapses in mentioning the setting, maintains a good flow with minimal spelling mistakes. Improvements in grammar, especially in providing consistent setting details, could enhance the overall reading experience.
**Character:**
Jack Sterling, the main character, emerges as a strong and engaging lead, balancing strength with a gradual power progression. The mysterious nature of the characters contributes to the story's appeal, keeping readers hooked. However, further development in character details and motivations could elevate the overall narrative.
In conclusion, "Nomad's Tale" sets the stage for a captivating journey through time and intrigue. With its promising plot and engaging mysteries, it paves the way for an exciting exploration of the secrets behind the Chronotex and the challenges faced by its protagonist, - Tu ShuaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Style: The author's writing style creates a poetic yet somewhat desolate journey for the protagonist. Additionally, the author draws on many myths as a base for their writing.
Grammar: Overall, I didn't find any major mistakes.
Story: The protagonist, 'Jack,' faces many challenges on his journey; however, despite this, he doesn't give up and pushes on. Additionally, the mysteries that pop up in each chapter captured my attention.
Character: The internal conflicts that Jack faces make him a more interesting lead.
Overall: The story is quite good, from the poetry to the continuous improvements that the author makes. For example, before Chapter 10, the chapters were quite short. However, after listening to reader feedback, the author started to increase the length. - Seljuk ShahRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5This is one of those reflective and wholesome styles that are more literary and poetic in nature than what you usually come across. I love the historical setting, and especially the hustle and bustle of Pakistan. I wish the beginning chapters were longer and more descriptive and even a little more meditative. I prefer this type of story to have a slow burn pace, but that may just be personal taste.
Also, I advise the readers to take your time and enjoy the poetry in the chapter beginnings. Well worth it in my opinion, and definitely a strong point of the style. Some author notes I think were unnecessary, or maybe would be better placed at the bottom.
One more note about the POV. It begins as 3rd POV but maybe it would be better as 1st person POV? There were definitely some moments where I believe a 1st person POV would've shined. I think maybe the scenes where Jack has his inner monologues, or when thinking about the world and especially the Egyptian isekai, his inner thoughts need to be highlighted more in terms of how scared he is, curious etc. Overall, a unique story and I hope the author goes back to show us more of Pakistan too! - Bilal AbdullahRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I'm really enjoying the novel so far. Jack, the main character, is pretty cool. I like that he's strong, but he doesn't just get all his power handed to him from the get-go. That's my kind of story. It's a fun read, and I'm looking forward to more. Can't wait for that Alexandre Special Novel – I'm super curious about his backstory. So, yeah, keep it up and looking forward to more chapters!
