Description

Lost and Found: Living as a Relic of Ages Past. Aboard a Grand Cruiser once lost now owned by a Rogue Trader dynasty with a heavy Adeptus Mechanicus presence. A soul wakes up shortly after the formation of the Cicatrix Maledictum, in a new unfamiliar body with a diverse suite of implants from the dark age. Primarily and originally uploaded on Spacebattles under my same username. Hello. This is my first writing project that I've posted here. It's a personal passion project that has been in the works for over a year now.It will include a mixture of first person pov segments from the SI and third person segments of other pertinent characters to give broader context. Feedback is appreciated. I apologize for my grammar in advance, remembering commas is hard.Overall the vibes I was going for were to show what a competent and well equipped group could do when cut off and tossed near the edge of known space, mixed with 40k space ship slice of life, a bit of gear/ship/tech binging and of course typical 40k awful shenanigans. No crossover abilities just a bit of external lore to help guide the SI. I draw a lot on bits of lore and items from the fantasy flight tabletop rpg games, and a bit from the novels, the regular tabletop and video games.Italics will be used for Noosphere, Vox, and digital communications and ship names.

It's just so peak 😭I'm sad I binged it all in half a week, this is one to enjoy.Like main girly is like slightly too good at everything sometimes but its done well enough that it's not distracting from the story.Overal 10/10 no notes please write a million words more immediately/j

I love this story it scratches an itch for a part of this universe I haven't found elsewhere. The legio titanicus I haven't seen a good book for and I'm always down for big stompy mechs. The building up to said mechs also makes sense cause you don't have something that big without a support network for it. I'm looking forward to where this story goes. Haven't even told you of any surprises the book has for you. 20/10 story would and have recommended.

This is such a good story, as far as warhammer goes the author is very very well educated on the universe, and the story pacing is quite good, although does fall prey to power creep a little towards chapter 80. But that is expected, it’s warhammer after all. The main character is a little bit of an unstoppable being, just In that she can’t really fail at anything, and doesn’t really face any true challenges.

This is a 40K fic that actually has a bit of humour to it that I find rather refreshing in a GrimDark setting like 40K, to have act as a counterpoint to the seriousness that the Warhammer universes are know for is superb.Honestly the characters are well fleshed out and the MC develops properly, the Isekai aspect to this is mentioned briefly as unlike most GenderBender novels it's not the focus of the story. The MC is like any tech or Warhammer nerd through and through though, which lends weight to the story when they geek out over tech and let's be honest who wouldn't?The background settings and stories that have been layered into the whole feel complete enough, that honestly enhances the main plot line without being heavy handed whilst managing to also tie into the backstory at some point. Explanations are given without being overly verbose like some 40K pics have a tendency to do, I mean I get it the 'parent' universe is lore heavy but some fans only know the game references (I have the Horus Heresy Collection so I can't say much).Keep up the good work author and I look forward to even more shenanigans :)

Great Isekai into the Warhammer 40K universe, with lots of custom lore tidbits being written into the canonical lore around a very cool set of powers. Less intense on the darker/grimdark side with low levels of grit and suffering, but focused on the innovation / STC / pre-fall technology side of the setting. If you like reading about a strong character coming into their abilities with good character interactions, dialogue, well written fights, and a very unique powerset, you'll definitely enjoy this story.

The story is interesting and the MC is fun to read about. The story often shifts perspective, but not to an excessive degree and the pacing is deliberatly slow, but in a way that still advanced the story. 40K is a very lore heavy universe and the story is better if you are familier, but should still be a good read even if you dont know about warhammer lore.I highly recommend this story.

This book is one of the few good fan-fictions I’ve found on this platform, and certainly the best Warhammer 40k fan-fiction. I love that this isn’t a pro arch or space marine insert as a lot of other are and I love the story pace, slow enough for world building and context but fast enough for the story to always progress.i really hope this book continues posting chapters and that the author doesn’t go bald.I highly recommend this brilliant piece of art to all WH40k fans (This does not includeMagnusfans).Anyways, 10/10. I can’t wait for more Knight action!(Once again great story, please don’t go bald)
