Description
My life was overtaken by one purpose that killed me, but I made peace with that. The problem was when I suddenly found myself in an alien fantasy world. To make matters worse I’m a walking corpse wielding unholy magic and enemy number one for the holy crusaders who guard the kingdom from creatures like me. Now I have to figure out how to survive in this world and what my purpose is now, well that part is easy at least, I’m going to rid this world of one piece of filth at a time. Who would have thought the heroes would be worse than the villains?

I can see that as the novel develops the Mc will get stronger and stronger and I love it. Keep up the good work author and plz don’t drop this novel. Also plz for the love of god don’t turn this novel into those novels where the Mc does not want to kill humans and just wants to be friends with everyone he/she meets. It’s so boring and it kills the novel.

This remembers me of the tv series Dexter. Just on another level. - DefectivebyDesignRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5The story and writing quality is good, but ultimately this isn't about being a good story, it's about venting issues to the public in story form. Most of the content is good, maybe a bit sus if you over analyze, but it immediately turns into Disney reboot territory when there's a sudden makeout session with the lich, which IS UNDEAD, and previously mentioned having a real disconnect with living beings because duh undead. So ultimately, this is really about religious parents being disappointed with life choices, therefore Hitler plus Klan for having traditional values in story form, and this is like coming out therapy or something. Good for you, but necrophilia is gross, ruined the story, and doesn't make sense if it was actually meant to be a novel. But let's be honest here, it wasn't, not with this plot twist and the background, which I was happy to ignore until it became a therapy session. Good luck with that. I just ask if the story is going anywhere? Likely hard to do now.
As a side note, cliches get boring when overused by everyone. Can modem writers write without it? There's another novel that combined the worst of litrpg with cultivation and it's all grind filler instead of story. Stop. Drop the nonsense, skip the roll it's not DND, and tell a story. Readers here REALLY love it when a story is about some abused MC in fantasy Germany, then you kill the friend off while MC watches. Even more when MC can stop it and doesn't. The whole story is just trauma porn. Yeah 5 stars for that, so original everyone with issues copy pastes this exact scenario like it's literally taught in writer school, then they didn't read any content from RR, so they think their copy pasta spin is unique. No. It's a dead horse here. Please stop, it's ruining the site when 90% of the content is this. It's not as bad as it used to be, but it was everywhere a while back, and anyone who was here then REMEMBERS, and it's stale, uninspired, and plagerized content. I'd honestly laugh if the ori - evablueRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5What I enjoyed most about this story was that, unlike almost every other amateur fiction I seem to encounter that involves slavery existing in an isekai society, this one actually seems to treat it the way it deserves - deserving of being burned to the ground (the institution and everything, including people, even tangentially attached to its functioning) as the greatest possible 'evil' that can exist. It's highly disturbing to me how often I see other stories casually gloss over the presence of slavery, or even have characters somewhat participate in or condone it while pursuing other goals. The MC in this story sees that the society she is now in deals in chattel slavery and makes it her mission to destroy said civilization.
Unfortunately, the story is now marked as "complete" and it ends incredibly abruptly on a very tragic note with no resolution to the main story arc, so I can only assume that the story has been abandoned.
The story also, while it has a level system and skills and whatnot, doesn't really feel very good in its sense of progression - only a single skill is ever mentioned (the one she picks at each level), and there are no details stats or class evolutions/etc. Ie, the litrpg side of things isn't particularly detailed or satisfying imo.
It does dip into a backstory for the MC, but I never got too drawn in by it personally and her connections to the few named characters that she runs into didn't feel very compelling either.
The grammar is pretty good - it reads just fine, even if a pass by an editor could improve readability/flow here and there.
In short, I enjoyed the lich/undead premise, and her decisions regarding what to fight against in her new world, but the characterization/progression could have been better.
