What you will find in ‘In The Mood For Carnage’:
1. Strong MC, strong female characters, and bat-shit crazy villains
2. A world ruled by assassins, crime overlords, and immortals
3. A compelling plot with lots of action and low fantasy elements that progressively get darker and bloodier.
4. Sprinkle of dark/dry humor.
NOTE: The story deserves a level of attention from me, which I cannot provide at the moment. I am going on a break until mid April (exams and work pressure). I will return and continue the story with the focus and attention it deserves.

- Eli'sPencilRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Finally something good! I want to say right off the bat, if you are looking for something niche, something different than the things you find at the top of Royal Road, you have come to the right place!
Style: The first chapter's style is wonderful. I don't want to spoil what happens, but it tells two stories at the same time, which can be hard to pull off but the author pulled it off masterfully!
Characters and story: The main character and his backstory are so amazing, upon my realization that
he was the guy in the second story
I actually caught myself smiling at my screen. The entire build-up to the first big reveal was just done so well and the story that builds off of that is wonderful as well. Also, the main character and the story itself is pretty violent, so if you're into that, you're gonna be very satisfied.
Grammar: Absolutely perfectly written. I couldn't find any mistakes at all; I definitely didn't have my experience thwarted by having to reread certain words or anything like that. Well done, author!
Overall, I had a blast reading it and I plan on revisiting it once there are more chapters. If you're looking for a breath of fresh air, look no further than In the Mood for Carnage! - Ellen TaylorRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This story was fun! An action packed start, and it did not let up.
I'll start with the easy ones first. Grammar was an easy five out of five. I'm not a stickler with grammar. As long as nothing pulled me out of the story, I don't come down too harsh on people, and as far as I could tell, the grammar was excellent.
Style was great. We changed POV's, but it was a smooth transition and it was easy to follow along. I never got confused, and I could follow along pretty well.
The story was fascinating. I love a good amnesia story, and this was done quite well. It was fun to follow along and to see the three different leaders of the different factions. There was definitely much action and fights. I really liked the first chapter, the way we were unknowingly introduced to the main character through the in-story. That was masterfully done.
The characters were great. We have our main guy who has amnesia, and he was fun to follow. Quick to throw a punch, yet an interesting mystery attached to it. It was easy to want to keep reading, just to figure it out.
Overall, a great read. - UgarrsvenothRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I'm really enjoying this story so far. The MC is great, and we get a clear idea of who he is right from the start. I liked how in the first chapter his backstory was interspersed throughout the action scene, it did a good job of showing how his life has changed since becoming immortal and losing his memories.
The author does a good job at throwing us right into the action without making it messy.
I also couldn't find any problems grammar-wise, so that's always good.
Keep up the good work.
