Welcome… to the beginning of your suffering.

I received that message years ago—a faded and distant memory. My mind is fragmented, yet as it pieces itself together, my power grows. I never wanted power of any kind. Not in my original life, not in any of my reincarnated lives. Yet no matter what I did, I was left behind. At the end, without power, I was left at the mercy of others' whims.

No longer.

I am no longer human, but something more now. My blue system has become red. Why? I don't care—all I care about is the power it can help me obtain. I will use everything at my disposal: the resources in the facilities, my training as a child of the arena, my training as a cultivator, the inhuman body I now possess, and my system.
