I really enjoy how this story seems to be gearing up for a great, drawn out epic, with plenty of time spent establishing the world it takes place in. I will be looking forward to each step in the MCs growth, as he always seems to be improving little by little. If you like a MC that is not to OP at the beginning, and grows in a fairly realistic manner, you should enjoy this story.

A good diversity of interesting characters with ofter hilarious interactions and relations.
Often leaves ya smirking at their antics, or outright trying not to fall off the chair while laughing.
Did I mention lots of animal ears, tails, and other goodies?
The only thing that I find a bit lacking, is the lack of details of mc's abilities and maybe experimenting with 'em, but that's doesn't hurt the story in any way. I'd bet it may change if/when he actually gains any serious reason to develop 'em.

Your writing is good and the plot so far is good. I just hate how pussy whipped the MC is. He just lets the women dominate him and that repeatedly keeps pisses me off. I can't stomach anymore of this MC though, so this isn't my cup of tea. Your story doesn't have many faults; I just can't stand the MC.

Really good, i like the story, good chapter length, I am looking forward on how you will add more depth to the story as it goes along. Should probably cut down a bit on the perverted nature of the MC, such a thing can get boring pretty fast... Just make him grow up a little bit >.>.. Besides that i like it a lot
