I enjoyed reading this fiction. The characters all meshed well, with growth and realistic interactions. The slightly sparse style allowed for imagination to fill the space - the old adage of 'less is more' being respected in the best way. That's not to say you're left guessing, as the descriptors are clear and vary with the differing viewpoints through the work.
A few grammatical errors pop up, but are overall easily parsed out and do not detract majorly from the flow of the story. Some intertwining of viewpoints in latter chapters take a bit of getting used to, but I mostly enjoyed the dynamic approach.
A slow burn story, it clearly has progression of the characters in a natural way - no sudden events cause a jarring shift in attitude. I felt that the characters were like people I know, their behaviours realistic and understandable (though not always agreeable!)
As a whole, it made me slightly nostalgic for similar times in my own life, though I must admit, I never studied as hard as the main characters do. I eagerly await any further updates and feel how all good fiction should leave you - wanting to see it all that bit more.
