- GoGetRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I'm lucky to come upon this, seems like a lovely story and shows that people can freak out during big enough change. Who the hell remembers to keep calm in public when they learned they nearly died and they aren't in their real bodies? I like it!
- MossadeghRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0If you like simkin's Pride X story you will also like this one as so far it has a similarly unique plot, good dialogue and characters (hats off man, you have some of the more complex and interesting characters on this website), and great pacing that leaves you always wanting more. This guy is one of the better writers on the site do yourself a favor and check him out.
- birdymanRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5This is going to be a romp. Expect overly attractive superpowered adolescents attempting to explode, dismember, and bitch at their similarly overly attractive superpowered opponents. Simkin brings in a concise style from his more serious Maiden of the Line and Pride X Revamp series, along with his good world-building skills, and I trust him for the plot to make sense and to be well-paced – and in this case, it seems, fast-paced!
Basically, expect a lot of fun!
And good characterization, if that’s your thing. - Knight22Royal Road★★★★ 4.0This isn't an in depth review and is simply my opinion.
First off I really enjoy this story. It has some of the best descriptive action writing I've read on this site. The fight was a joy to read and made sens. If your looking for decent action novel involving superhuman style acrobatics and large explosions this is it.
The only con I have for this story is the prologue and the first two chapters. The prologue has a space between each sentence and this continues a bit into the first and second chapters. This changes once you get to chapter three and is gone completely. If the writing style of the prologue makes you hesitate, please stick it out for the first 4 chapters, it gets allot better.
Overall the first part is a great read and I can't wait for more. - InterdictRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5After finishing the first volume I can say that its a very enjoyable read which leaves me wishing for more. It's well written and has an exciting battles which are well paced and never dull or drawn out, or too short. The main character is excellent and I can see potential in others as the story becomes more developed.
It's my favourite read on this site atm!
