Elissa is the perfect agent. She can blend into any crowd, impersonate any persona, and manipulate any target. She's the perfect operative for any mission with a 'human' element -- despite not being truly human, herself.

In a world of mechanically augmented cyborgs, Elissa's improvements are entirely biological. Raised from her creation to take on whatever personality is needed for her mission, she hardly has the opportunity to develop herownpersonality.

But that all changes when she escapes the chains of the shadowy organization that created her. Suddenly free in the improperly-named Hope City, Elissa must find out what it means to live her life on her own terms.
