    Two things.
Before judging make sure to read to chapter 6, maybe 10. There is no problems with the writing but the story smooths out at that time. There is also an decision that's makes more sense with some chapter.
Two. This is still just a novel. So just enjoy it. The MC is portrayed as capable. Too capable. Almost wishfullfillining. Nothing wrong with it since I enjoy and it is not like the MC does not put in effort, it also stays within some reason. Plus movie businesses have always been stupid.

You don't agree? Read it and prove me wrong then.
It is a compelling novel that takes readers on an intriguing journey through time with its protagonist, Troy Armitage. The story brilliantly intertwines the challenges of a second life with the relentless pursuit of stardom. Troy, somewhat aware of his past life's knowledge makes it comical like some reincarnation Angel didn't do their job right. It has Potential.
Troy Armitage is a well-crafted character whose journey is both relatable and inspiring. His struggles, triumphs, and ethical dilemmas are portrayed with depth and realism.
The author's writing style is engaging and descriptive,
The dialogue is authentic, and the narrative flows smoothly. The vivid descriptions and well-researched historical references make the time-travel element believable and immersive. The author skillfully balances detailed scenes of Troy's acting experiences with the broader context of his life and decisions.
The story is a captivating read that masterfully blends time travel, personal growth, and the pursuit of dreams. With a well-structured plot, richly developed characters, and an engaging writing style, it stands out as a noteworthy novel. The thoughtful exploration of the interplay between artistic ambition and past life experience makes it a compelling story that resonates on multiple levels. Highly recommended for readers who enjoy a blend of historical fiction, character-driven narratives, and a touch of speculative intrigue.

First off, I love this story and highly recommend for everyone to read it.
Dreams to Stardom is a compelling and refreshingly honest story that captures the uncertain but hopeful journey of rising to fame. One of the aspects I enjoyed most is how the protagonist, Troy, doesn’t have everything figured out—his path feels real and grounded, making it easy to connect with him. Each character is distinct and memorable, and it’s clear that care was taken to give even the smaller roles purpose and personality.
What really stands out is the smooth, consistent progression of the story. It never drags, and it never leaps forward in a way that feels forced. Instead, the pacing is natural and steady, drawing you in without ever becoming dull. Troy’s performances, both on and off the screen, are thoughtfully portrayed—even in the smaller chapters, his growth and presence are never overlooked.
There are no grammar issues, which makes for an enjoyable and immersive read. And perhaps one of the coolest parts is seeing past movies from an actor’s point of view—it gives a fresh lens on filmmaking and adds another layer of depth to the narrative.
Overall, Dreams to Stardom is a well-crafted story full of heart, individuality, and momentum. It’s a journey worth taking.

Follow Troy beginning with a traumatic childhood to being adopted, early life success then conquering Hollywood.
All the trials and tribulations along the way: maturing, relationships, business dealings.
Movies movies movies. Because of reading this series I was introduced to two movies I had never seen before, they were both amazing film that I would of prob gone through life without watching if I hadn't read this.
This quickly turned into one of my favourite reads on this site. I truly recommend you read.

Hello, do note that I can only speak for up to chapter 24, since that is how far the story has progressed at the time of writing. But I will be getting into the review now:
    Style score: 4/5 stars
I would say that the style the author used in this story is generally very well executed, since the author is very good at making it sound realistic in dialogue. At the same time, the author has generally been making good and very fitting word choices that are neither too complex nor too simple, so that there is still depth in the story.
    Grammer score: 4/5 stars
The overall grammar of the story is pretty good from what I can tell. Do note that my native language is not English. There have been a few minor mistakes or phrasing that could have been done better, but that's it.
    Story score: 4,5/5 stars
This is where this story really shines. The story is very different from other stories focused on Hollywood. Especially interesting is that the author makes various changes to movies instead of just doing the exact same things as in the original movie, which is something I think we rarely see in stories like these.
There are no major plot holes from what I can tell from the story. The story, in general, is very engaging and draws the attention of the reader. At the same time, there is a nicely incorporated bit of drama in the main character's life that we follow along with.
    Character score: 4/5 stars
The main set of characters in the story is very well developed, in my opinion, and the author has developed the characters quite a bit. At the same time, the author has managed to make the world feel alive through the author's use of the characters very successfully.
    Overall score: 4,5/5 stars
Overall, I would recommend it to anyone interested in stories involving Hollywood, movies, or just something different from the norm.
I chose to give it a 4.5 overall since, in my opinion, it is a very good story. The characters are developed, the grammar is pretty good, and the style of the st

Imagine you die and reincarnate as a young boy who experiences all the family drama. What do you do in such a situation? You don't have a cheat-skill or a secret power to train in secret in order to kill the Demon Lord - no, this is a completely mundane world. That leaves racing through school, but in your past life you were just a normal guy, the inherited memories being your only real advantage this time around. You could get rich by exploiting those memories, but starting with a pre-teen's allowance would make this a very long-term project.
Troy has different plans. He wants to become an actor instead. It can't hurt, then, that his foster family happen to be a pair of script-writers. The knowledge to avoid all the horrible movies and box office bombs isn't a bad bonus either.
The backdrop of the movie and television industry adds an intriguing layer to the narrative. As the protagonist delves into the world of acting, we are given a glimpse into the life as a child actor. There is fame of course, but also the harsh reality that come with it.
Some minor proofreading issues aside, it is well written and I find it easy to immerse myself in Troy's story.
The protagonist feels very much alive and the author doesn't shy away from treating him like his new age demands. Despite the mature mindset that he uses well to decide on his overarching plans, Troy can also be a bit of a brat at times. If I had to guess, that's in part because everyone treats him like a child but also because his earliest years and the difficult home life he escaped still influence him subconsciously. Even the characterization of the secondary cast is good - none of them are walking cliches or cardboard cutouts only there to fill up space.
What I value most of all is the care put into this story. Fable Weaver seems to spend a considerable effort in getting this story right, which requires a certain amount of research to maintain realism at minimum, historical accuracy at best.

Ok so I want to say i love the story, the writing style, the pacing and pretty much ever part of it.... Untill about chapter 222 that's where I feel the story took a wrong turn for me. Im going to keep reading to see if it's improves but honestly I feel like it's going backwards now not forward. All in all up till chapter 222 I highly recommend this!
