The characters are soooooooooo good i really dont care that much about the rest, it is a wholesome, nice but not overwhelming story. I like it but mannnnn the characters are so good i cant think about anything else. If you dont know if youre gonna like it, I'd say read it anyway, it gets better and better, there are some stupid desicions and plot holes, but who cares!? It is a wholesome, nice, cute, lovely story and nothing else matters

A sweet little slice of life romance.  Gray is the soul of a paramedic suddenly now occupying the body of the Witch King. A necromancer-king who was busy exterminating the sun elves with the aid of his empire. Gray has fled and encountered a beauty on the run as well, a sun elf who circumstances and the omnipresent system have seemingly have thrown them together.  With a rescued young girl of unusual provence (and dietary tendencies) they are trying to hide from the empire in a unusual village.  Daily life, Family, Parenthood, Litrpg and Romance are the themes. Excellent writing making a enjoyable and refreshing read.

point blank, I'm not going to tell you anything about the story, no spoilers, no facts, no summery.
I will tell you that this is wonderful, so much care has gone into this story. The author really does paint a picture with their words. The character interactions are sometimes obviously forced in a hilarious way, when other times the exact same thing will happen in a story, cliche and unmentioned. There's a new pin on many things while still evoking stories such as "Beware of Chicken" and "Spy X Family" if you enjoyed either of those series, this is for you

It's beautiful and sweet with promises of future drama.
The author is clearly passionate and puts effort into engaging with readers.
My only critique is that the relationship development between leads feels fast. It could just be the lead female is desperately isolated and wants to lock in a reliable relationship. Meanwhile the MC is being dragged along because he's crushing hard whilst legitimately enjoying her company.
    Highly recommend.

So first things first this is by far one of my favourite daily reads (yeah daily you heard me, besides weekends absolute beast of an author) honestly I look forward to this. With the quite some times hectic life of the characters everything is in motion and the cheeky system is an added top. If your a fan of a nice romantic comedy with a healthy splash of slice of life this is the kind of book you can curl up and read at 10pm at night with a cup of tea and squeal at.

I've been enjoying this story! I wasn't really expecting much when I randomly clicked on it, but I'm glad I did. The premise is unique, the writing is solid, and haven't seen a single grammar or spelling error so far. It's fun to see explictly game-like mechanics (ie the heart system), and explore the logical consequences of such a thing. Certainly beats the traditional lit-rpg number fests, where numbers are constantly going up, but don't really impact the plot. Here we have the reverse, barley a number in sight, but the existince of a rpg mechanics has a constant impact. Keep up the good work!

Top class fluff - sometimes heartwarming, sometimes heartwrenching, a perfect balance between the two. Can't wait for the story to continue!
Excellent writing, close to zero grammatical errors, great pacing, solid flow - A really solid start :) Don't usually start new novels with so little content, but definitely recommend to anyone who likes SoL!

The story woven by the author is eloquent and fulfilling. I have laughed and cried while binge reading through this wholesome tale of a family healing through their respective traumas, build a life and skills that will help them grow into the people the wish to be. Very wholesome, reviewed at chapter 21.

This is an excellent slice of life story. The premise of an evil orverlord's mind being replaced by an isekai character who runs away and falls in love with one of the people most directly influenced by his predecessor's evils is interesting and provides enough angst to draw out the romance aspect naturally.
The author does a great job of keeping the story engaging within the slow pace dictated by the slice of life style. I didn't spot any grammar problems and the characters are both interesting and varied.
My only minor quibble is the love interest's jealous nature, but that is my personal preference.
Highly recommended for a relaxing read.

Despite this not being a 5-star novel by any means i'm giving it 5 stars regardless. Not because the novel mertits it, though is somwehat fun and i would suggest it to people that enjoy a chill slice of life. I'm 5-staring it because of the future novels that the author might produce if he keeps at it for long enough. I can smell a future 5star novel burbling somewhere down there.
As for this novel, I can spot influences from diferent web novels indicating that the author was a long time reader before he started writing, like most people. And also very recognizable influence of the Stardew Valley game mechanics and elements. Not a bad thing at all, i'm just saying it's there. It's made to be wholesome, stakes are kept relatively low as they should in a chill novel and there's solid inroads towards character and plot develoment to be seen. Keep at it mister author, I'm following the novel and hoping to see you do well.
