Calamitous Healer

Finn was a normal kid until he discovered that he had magic and a very special subfield at that. At twenty-one years old, Finn is a Healer, a mage specifically gifted in Healing and Boosting magic. There's only one problem, Finn's magic is a deviant of even the rare Healer subtype. Any time that Finn heals anyone, he is forced to experience excruciating agony that reshapes his body. Still, Finn wants to help, so he has been training his body and magic in secret, with the help of Lucifer herself of course.

However, when Finn's powers are discovered, he is introduced to a secret magic community of gods, mythological creatures, and conflict brewing under the surface. For a boy raised in modern-day America, his new life completely challenges everything he knows and believes. Now, Finn must struggle to distinguish who he wants to be, and where his bottom line lies.
