Another great story by Stephanie van Orman.
It is a tale about slavery and a struggle for freedom, on Mars. A well-done political intrigue. A romance sprinkled across. A believable world and characters, yet quite mysterious at first sight.
The story is not litrpg action adventure narration so common here. Instead, it is more of a classical narrative where choices, consequences and emotional states are the focus. Oh, and also, fashion is another focus!
For example, while bombs are exploding, people are enslaved, spaceships are flying, and our MC is even victim of a drive by shooting, all of this is the backdrop weighing on our MC choices and decisions. But not the main focus per se.
