I love stories with a dark hero who only fights for himself and not "the greater good" , and this does the evil perfectly.

I love the story and hope the story keep on getting better. The only thing i suggest is not hooking up mc with riley, because i think he could do better. Also i want to read more about the reactions to the MC behavior more.

I'm really Impressed, this story is already in this form worth of a release, I have read quite a few books that came from a web novel and you are way up there with this.
There is almost nothing to say here, great story, excellent writing, and basically no grammar issues.
The only slight point I would raise is the crass character development, especially with the city massacre, it felt a little bit weird. It didn't really make sense to my why a normal, while angry and frustrated, high shool student would suddenly turn into a cold serial killer.
Even though you kinda pulled it back with the whole realization and dialog with the old man afterwards.
All in all an enthralling story, while the rather dark and gory style might not be for everyone I really liked it.

Very well written. My issue is the Mc is a whinny kid who goes down the path of evil because life not going perfect for him In Real life and the protagonist  is becoming  closer to a hero. I really hope the author adds in a new character  that can be a role model for the mc. Because  I want to kick the Mc ass for being a whiney b. Hopefully author does not make some beautiful  women come and save him from his darker self because that extremely  cliche.

So Good,  the drama, passion, and the plot. This is brilliant. If you keep It up,  this could put quite a few novels I know to shame. You deserve to be in the top 5

I read all available right away and am impatiently waiting for more.  The only slightly bad part is that his power seems broken for a game and he gets too powerful too quickly.  Still I love how much strategy comes into play.  The characters too are well done and all seem like real people.  Sometimes I want a little more on what they look like but it's not too bad.
This story really sucks you in and doesn't let you go.  It has a smooth flow with an interesting fresh angle on the VR genre.  I really hope the next chapters come out really soon.  This story has everything you could want.  Action, adventure, an OP MC, a possibility of romance, and lots of great characters, and an interesting story.

It is an interesting take on how that a psyche can develop when someone is being confirmed and rewarded by a certain form of behaviour that the person knows to be wrong.

Style has some  room for improvement, you always mention "sinister/vicious/twisted smile" even when the situation doesn't  suits  "these" smiles,  still loved the work and effort put on creating realistic characters.

This is a review as of Book 1.
I have found this fiction to be quite enjoyable, but not amazing.  I have found the plot engaging and although it uses a common theme of a potentially dangerous AI having more control than many would find comfortable, the story of the people involved with this AI keeps this portion of the plot engaging.  The other half of the story, the part focused on the mc, is more flawed.
in the story, the mc gains power extremely quickly, doing in days what should take years.  This makes the story feel very fast paced, but it also makes the story feel very rushed.  Skills that should take days or weeks to level are instead raised multiple levels at a time, and encounters that should be extremely difficult are instead won both quickly and singlehandedly by the mc.  The first few combat encounters were very enjoyable, with the mc using his head to solve combat problems, but as the story progresses, he starts to use excessively powerful skills to beat down opponents who are supposed to significantly stronger than him but who instead behave more like straw puppets for him to practice his skills on.  Facing impossible odds should seem impossible, and not like simply another chance to gain experience.
There are also several of the game elements that could either be either explained or improved.  For instance the fact that he has killed hundreds of opponents whose level is near or over 100, yet he has only found maybe half a dozen pieces of loot, most of which isn't even worth mentioning aside from the fact that it provised little in the way of bonus and is sold as the mc doesn't need it.  The mc has literally conquered a city and defeated an army that includes some of the most advanced players in the game and yet he is still running around in what is essentially starter gear dosen't follow.  Yes, the markets may not have much because the majority of the playerbase is still low leveled, but doesn't that imply that as one defines higher level enemies that
