A story that makes anomalies really feel right. The character writing leaves something to be desired, for sure, but the anomalies all feel weird without being nonsensical. They feel like they follow logic, it’s just some outlier alien logic that we haven’t grasped yet. Can’t really comment on the plot yet, but I’ll try to remember to edit this review with that once the story gets solidly going.

Listen. I understand there are no truly unique ideas anymore. Everything has been done before.
But I noticed how similar your story is to the Korean Web-Novel 'Seoul Object Story' and had to giggle. This isn't a review about plagiarism, since that is forbidden in the rules. This is just a review meant to encourage you to make your story more unique.
Concepts and plot points that Seoul Object Story has in common with your own story:
Glowing eyes.
Childish / feminine appearance.
A 360 degree field of vision independent from eyesight.
Is a human like non-human entity.
Inability to talk. No lungs to breathe with.
Meets a female researcher in a forest filled with objects (or anomalies).
Gets taken back to a research institute.
All in all very similar to Seoul Object Story almost point for point.
I do think your MCs main method of identifying vulnerabilities and taking down monsters is superior by far to S.O.S, and less stupid. But I would have preferred more unique ideas and content that helps you establish your own unique concepts and identity as an author.
Also, a non-talking MC becomes more and more of a drag as the story progresses. I think you should give them the ability to communicate.
All in all, I give it 3 stars. Your style of writing isn't bad. You could have done a lot more to be original though.

First things first. I like the overall world this story is portrayed in. The only thing I can’t shake is that this story feels more and more like it was written by an AI. The characters feel like they and no character development. The characters continue to repeat past facts over and over, like every other chapter. And no one in the show seems to be growing emotionally.
the main character continues to say that she can almost remember nothing from her past yet somehow states that she knew more or less her personality, that she event to collage, and other obscure facts about her past. She also holds a (in my opinion) excessive love for humanity. She makes all kinds of excuses on why she helps them but no concrete reason why. Most of those reasons go out the window half way through the story.
Also I think that MC is unnecessarily dumb. I feel as though she can’t make simple connections and seems to always be confused. What makes it worse is that she can’t not talk and refuses to show higher intelligence to other humans (which I also don’t understand because she says it’s to kind of keep her safe but she is stronger than 95% of the things in the story…) so the story just moves on.
Any way, this is just my rant on a story that could be so good.
