I should start by saying I generally do not enjoy fan fiction stories as they tend to be nothing more than poorly written masturbatory fantasies. This is not that.
As someone who is somewhat familiar with the lore of the Warcraft and Dragon Age universes, in my opinion, the author has been doing an excellent job of combining elements of both in one cohesive story. If you're a fan of either game series or just generally interested in well-written fantasy, I highly recommend trying this novel out.

It is a cross-genre fanfiction and is okay. Grammatical errors are few and the story ia coherent. What is not fine is the idiocy of this MC. He commits same mistakes again and again and takes many idiotic decisions. No situational awareness or common sense at all. Despite being shafted by the elves many times he goes to help them again and again like he is some otaku addicted to all things elf. His thinking is also kinda one dimensional and is not likeable like at all for the kinda monologue done here. It is so frustating how it could just be so much better if the author had invested some more time on character building.
