Adventure or Death

Fern is a down-on-his-luck young man with nothing to his name. Things can only get better from here. With a passion for alchemy and a need to adventure, follow the story of Fern as he manages to survive in an industry where death is the expectation. Monster hunting, dungeons, and crafting await his future. Expect slower pacing and cohesive world building.

I am starting this story as part of the writathon challenge. Expect the story to be graphic with grim undertones, though I will try to avoid going into Edgy territory. I have a major focus towards world building and creating intelligent people and systems that are each acting logically and in there own best interest.Any feedback will be appreciated!
