Description

Connie Aldman's life wasn't good, but it was simple. At one point she had aspired to be someone and do some good in the world. She lost sight of those desires along with her best friend and her legs. Afterward, her life had come to revolve around two things: sleeping her problems away and drowning out her misery and self-loathing with video games.

All of that changed when she was ripped away from that life by a hero summoning ritual. Now, with her only alternative being death, she is forced to do that good she once aspired to do, her only problem being that that, “good,” means killing people to fuel her own growth. That hero summoning ritual was only used to seal a slightly more powerful soul inside of a Dungeon Core, after all.

Will she be able to grow her Dungeon to be one of the strongest in the world in order to save it from its approaching demise, or will the mercenaries hired by greedy alchemists, saboteurs from neighboring countries, shady organizations acting outside of the law, and unhappy higher-ups of the Adventurer's Guild get their way and harvest her Dungeon Core for their own short-sighted gain? Or, maybe that pact she sneakily altered with the Fairy Council will come back to bite her first.

Regardless, armed with her wits and misdirection, the time has come for her to put all that video game knowledge she acquired while distracting herself from the harsh realities of the world to the test, and she might just learn to put the pains of the past behind her as well.

I aim to release a two thousand word chapters every Tuesday and Sunday. I will also be posting this story on Scribble Hub.

I really like this story, it’s fun and seems well thought out and it’s actually focusing on the Dungeon.
The grammar is good I haven’t seen any obvious mistakes.
The only thing I wish the author did more was lvling up the creature more then just giving them more stats from titles. But that is just a pet peeve of mine.

I really like dungeon core stories, but writers often make some mistakes by making them too powerful losing some excitement or focusing too much on management and turning the stories into a continuous information dump, this story has not fallen into these mistakes.
There is character development in power, personality and morals, we learn about the dungeon and the outside world simultaneously. Events occur separately from the protagonist that bring realism and dynamism to the world.
There are two types of monsters depending on their mind, puppets destined to die continuously and every 5 levels a monster can become an intelligent companion with the ability to revive. Monster growth focuses more on mutation and biological enhancement than linear growth.
The dungeon core continually looks for original ways to improve its monsters and traps in alternative ways and use the system. It also focuses a lot on maintaining the secrecy of its abilities by trying to pretend it's normal.
The only downside I can give it is that the system although original is unnecessarily complex in my opinion, but the author seems to give more importance to the organic growth of the dungeon than the system, so it's not very important.
Give it a chance and read it.

The Grammer is fine and the world building is decent, but the system is really weak and not well introduced. The main character doesn't seem to know what she wants which would be fine if the author didn't also suffer from that as well. The story doesn't seem to know where it's going and the style is lacking direction. Overall I would recommend reading it, but keep your expectations in check.
