A year after the battle to seal it, Trihexa has broken free from the isolation barrier field that the Higher-ups of the supernatural worldsetup and has wreaked havoc across the world once again and no one has been able to stop him. After everyone around that he knows and loves is killed Issei thought it was his end but Great Red pulled him out of there before he could be killed and they came up with a plan to stop this fate from happening.
