This is the story of Zafira, a modern day witch, trying to find her place in the world of Sordian. Follow her as she builds a new life, in a realm where magic and danger are normal. And learns how her witchcraft practice translates into indisputable magic.

This is the background story of a roleplay campaign character. It covers the year she spends exploring the world before the actual game starts.

I initially wrote this story with no writing experience or training.Now that I’ve taken a few classes, I plan to rewrite it, applying what I have learned.I will leave the hiatus tag until I’ve reworked all the existing chapters.After which I plan to continue adding new ones.Constructive criticism is always welcome.
