Amidst two countries tersely maintaining peace between their borders, Princess Arwen Blayney of Cyfoeth finds herself conscripted into the military by none other than the King himself. Her tasks are not military-like in fashion as she soon discovers, but they nonetheless expose her to the dangers of the outside world. Caught in a constantly evolving time in the political world against Helvetia, Arwen finds her confident poise shattered by the harsh realities of the world outside of her castle walls. Her mind begins to unravel around her, and it’s all she can do to keep herself afloat.
