Description
ZM-11833 was confused, normally they stood in the display window dressed in the latest fashion for the masses to admire but lately there hadn’t been any cuties arriving at their store. Only these strange new customers with their sickly wet skin and bulging eyes turning up.
They really should go to a dermatologist-bot instead.
Maybe the perfectly made and fantastically fetching fashion-bot would have to go out for the first time and start to look for some of their adorable prior customers to dress-up in the latest cyber-dress. And if these strange new invaders got in their way they might have to politely break some elongated skulls, after all they weren’t even paying customers.
Standard store policy.
Upon finding their perfectly 100% willing companion, (don’t believe a word they say otherwise), they realize the parent corporation of their arcology isn’t going to just let an invasion stand, and the pair must make it to the top.
After all, what's a little Nuclear fire between friends anyway?
Warning may contain cyberpunk robot humor, romance and copious amounts of futuristic clothing.
Chapter length 1500 - 2000 words.

- DraegornRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Good job. The story was enjoyable and the humour was light and integral to the plot in the way it was used. The idea of the robots AI as the focus for this is the only reason this plot worked. I have not checked but I hope there is a sequel. Any how of to check for more work by the author.
- JeslikRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Its a clever story of a fashion mannequin and her pet human in a cyperpunk archology, trying to escape an alien/zombie incursion by climbing to the top of the corporate building where hopefully they can escape before the building is razed to the ground with a nuclear cleansing.
From the feel of the story so far, it seems it will be a fairly short story, though i can see several ways to extend the story once the main plotline has been addressed. I'll be following this story, hoping for continued updates and further amusement. - Nomadic ChroniclerRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Terrible, simply terrible. And those crimes against fashion... Dear me, oh my!
There was simply no grip in this story. I did not devour each chapter without a breath (even though the overall theme was actually belonged smack dab in the middle of my dis-interest zone ) There was a distinct lack of Bolters and Flamers throught the story. The booms were flaccid. Mallcops were a joy to slaughter. [Insert that specific "Hellsing Unabridged Quote" here]
Needed more Fleur-de-Lis.
Just a booooring sunday window-shopping extra-bonanza of mindless consumerism.
11 out of SeVEn. Would happly administer brainwipe and read again. - ShyrainRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is one of the funniest stories I have read in a long while.
So the story starts off with a storefront fashion bot with AI in the middle of some kind of alien invasion. But the bot is mainly only running fashion routines and store policies in its thought processes.
I don’t want to give too much away about the plot, but the writing is excellent, grammar is great and thank heavens it is well edited.
The story is full of these little dry throwaway jokes that seem effortless on the author’s part but are really hilarious.
If I were to compare it to movies I would say it is like ‘Zoolander’ meets ‘Mars Attacks’ combined with ‘Monty Python’s Life of Brian’.
Geeat stuff — easy and fun to read! - SparifankerlRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is a beautiful little story. Little, at least compared to web serials, in print it wouldn't be so little. It tells of the end of an arcology that has been doomed by greed, aliens and containment protocols. It is the story of an errant fashion bot (who may have had a past as warbot) and their favourite customer staging a last minute escape before the containment protocols annihilate what is left of the arcology. It is told with a lot of humour and slapstick, a tragic twist and those two fabulous lead characters. John McClane couldn't have done better!
- TheAngryJerkRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Robot and girl climb the arcology tower to escape, simple premise but done well. Surprisingly lean for a comedy, it doesn’t spend too much time on fluff as it has a very driven pace. This shouldn’t be put anywhere near the normal “tower climber” drivel where some stupid rankers squabble and throw their lives away for a dumb wish or something at the top of a magic tower. Cyber guns go boom and baddies are blasted away no system required. That is some good stuff.
- Zodiac36GoldRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Have you ever watched Cyberpunk: Edgerunners? Or Akudama Drive? If the answer is yes and you also enjoyed them, then get ready for a book that will make you look at those animes and say 'Pah, they know nothing'.
Also, as a wise friend of mine once said: This is a Cyberpunk. Those who know will comprehend.
Now, for the actual review: This is a lighthearted and funny af story about a Fashionista Robot meeting a fashionista human in a tower that was supposed to be an arc to keep humanity safe... which is now overrun by murderous aliens. Now, I know this doesn't sound at all like the beginning of a funny story, but trust me, it is. Every single chapter is a constant of the two bantering with each other (well, more like the bot teasing the human), following the internal monologue of a machine that cares only about fashion and her human.
Between amazingly written battles and chapters that will make you tear up from laughter, this is truly a wondrous story. 10 out of 10. Each star here was deserved.
There are two characters and, while they may not both be described with the same depth, well, more like one is the Mariana's Trench and the other just a normal sea, they're both extremely enjoyable and lovable and you'll come to care about both.
The grammar is, while not perfect, close enough, with only that rare typo found once or twice over the span of a few chapters.
All in all, this is a great story and you should definitely read it!!! - kaputoRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is an amazing story. Great characters with a unique perspective of the slightly foulty robot. But from the robots perspective.
It is relatively short but i would say that os a big positive the author wrote exactly as many chapters as this story needs. So the tempo of the story is great.
If you read this review you have to read the story now! - tikiiriaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0What a beyond loveable robot! The characters were very well done. This may have just been a short story but you laugh and cry along with the two adorable heros. The background behind the world ending evils was a bit shorted and rushed. It could have been more detailed but it didn't detract from the great cyber punk fashion marathon. Mini bosses and bosses were nicely spaced since there was only 48 hours to work with. The robot dressing the human as a robot made was one of my favorite chapters. Some skin color change and a makeup marker was all it took for the great fashionista. I don't think I stopped laughing while reading Zee's antics. What a beyond loveable robot! Very humorous addition to the wide cyber punk universe. The characters were very well done. I don't think I stopped laughing while reading Zee's antics. I wish the author had created more monsters similar to the fruit. They were much more entertaining than the more standard monsters and aliens. Very imaginatively described fruit attacks with shrapnel included. Floors and floors of fighting, escaping, fashion filled climbing through an infested concrete covered hell.
There were a few spots which could have used some grammar checks but not enough that really detracted from the reading experience. Well planned out with a firm logical progression. No annoying plot cliche antagonists just silly quips and flirting. Nicely wrapped up end and room for follow up works. The end was a bit rushed feeling a - worryinglyIntoIsekaiRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I think this is a lovely little self-contained story. It has cyberpunk sci-fi, a sort of parody, a fantasy element to it. There is a amusing romance and a bittersweet ending with an epilogue that allows the chance for reconciliation and reunion. I can't think of anything. I would want to see differently. I just think it's a lovely piece of work. Great work from the author.
