Description

The demons arrived from beyond the gate to take over the world, starting a long war against a united human army. A war that humanity had no chance of winning.

Gunpowder and bullets had no effect on the demons who used their magic to obliterate all who stood in their way, leaving humanity helpless until the augment technology was invented.

A bastardization of science and the greatest breakthrough in human history, the augmented soldiers were the greatest warrior humanity ever produced. Capable of controlling the powers of gravity itself, they were equals to the demons in power and gave humanity a chance at victory.

These are the memories of one augmented human who came back to life only to find that the war was lost, and that his world was ruled by demons.

The only thing that is disappointing about this story is how it doesn't have more chapters. Character is likable, how he acts is understandable, and a good world building. However, some people might not like how he is OP, or the logic holes, like how they could CONTROL gravity and still lost/stalemated with the demons. Like there was a literal spell thingy named black hole. But it ain't about that, it's about the emotional journey for the protagonist to view demons differently than parisites, but as 'people' kinda. But that's me, just give it a chance to whomever reads this.

You definitely need an editor, but I do love your story. I would have rated you a 4 or higher but the grammar inconsistencies(improper improper capitalization in a lot of the dialogue, misspelled or wrong words used in a sentence, etc) though small and sporadic, break the concentration and immersion flow of the reader as I had to continually try to interpret what you meant to write. I left a couple of edit suggestions so that you can see what I mean. It is a good story besides and one I will add to my list and be checking for.
