Something dark and long forgotten is stirring in the shadows. A cult that reveres this dark entity has begun to slip from those shadows into the world. Their evil permeates the land. An unlikely group of people is drawn together by destiny to stand in their path. Whether it’s the young lord who just wants to be a hero with his reluctant friend or the healer from a small village that was given a tea reading of destiny on the horizon, they are sucked into the turmoil. A man with a secret birthright on the run, an orphan girl and her gremlin friend, a barbarian and a nature guardian elf round out the group. This eclectic party of young people come together to stand in the path of whatever is awakening. It almost feels as if they were guided together by something unseen. The scope of danger is far beyond any of them. Can they stop the darkness? Can they even survive what comes from those shadows?
