- Dr.avidreaderRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Super excited that this is on the write-a-thin. The characters are very engaging. I’m excited to hear more about the story and am pleased to see how many chapters have already been posted. I liked this author’s previous work. Very interesting magic system and the way to build skills. It’s about choice.

- Flaming_pipRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Ever found a great story too soon, and there’s just not enough of it available yet? It’s this one for me.
Story is engaging, different enough that I don’t feel I’ve read it before, well-written & seems well thought out (thus far, it’s still early).
Style
I have always enjoyed this writers writing. It’s descriptive without being floral and the pacing is good. I find myself immersed in the world being built, without feeling the need to skip paragraphs.
Story
Thus far I am very much enjoying the story, it seems to be well thought out & everything has a reason and motivation for the plot progression.
Grammar
I haven’t noticed any glaring spelling or grammar errors that would prevent my enjoyment or take me out of my immersion. It’s well written.
Characters
The characters have believable, explained motivations but I’m not loving the implied incesty bits (and neither is the MC). Apart from that, the characters tend to maintain their characteristics relatively well, although this does seem like it’s starting to be a story of everyone liking the MC which can be grating at times, hence the slightly lower score for this section.
All in all, a great read, more pls. - koolaides65Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0All encouragement goes to the author to continue this story even after the write-athon.
I've only found two instances where letter was missing from a word.
The characters, power dynamics and the world building is very engaging. The characters are actually complete people. And while I'm very engaged in the story and loving its pacing from a reader's perspective, boy do I hope the main character gets some sleep cuz there's been so much ... Well stuff ;) - ZaafielRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I enjoyed this enough to put it on follow. The MC is at a magic school. She woke up in the body of a girl from a magic family. It's not clear exactly why or who she was before, but I am fine with it since the author is letting those details come with the story rather than a wall of exposition. This is. Litrpg with plenty of stats. However if you don't like seeing all the numbers, don't hit the show button on the stats and you can just read the story. The story is interesting. There are families with magic blood lines and the MC gets swapped from her necromancer family to a healing bloodline family. This works out for her, since she didn't have good affinity for necromancy anyway. The title comes from her personal skill, Trash. This lets her get rid of trash or even stuff she considers trash. So she can remove stains, clean spills and such.
- fredblameRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Interesting and likeable MC. The culture, environment and skills are different enough to excite.
The big flaw, for me, is the Numbers. The Author more or less started the tale with a user's manual on the maths. Far too complex and poorly described for easy digestion. And so it proved for the Author, in that he has abandoned full updates after the first few chapters. A poor reward for those of us of a mathematical bent who struggled to understand.
So, my advice is to ignore the numbers and enjoy what is otherwise a decent story. - superduperpirateRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5What this story is weak on: spelling, grammar, distinguishing between homophones, consistently maintaining verb tenses. A skilled and capable beta reader would do wonders for what the author has provided. What this story is strong on: Honestly? Just about everything else. The story has an intriguing premise. More background info about this universe is released at reasonable intervals. The protagonist, while quite strong and capable for her age, faces challenging situations that she can’t just Mary Sue her way out of. She has to use ingenuity and creativity to help solve the problems she faces.Overall, the mechanical problems (spelling, verb tenses, etc) are regularly noticeable but not enough to stop me from recommending this story to others.
- kitsunecommuneRoyal Road★★★ 3.0The first few chapters are riddled with errors. The intro to the story doesn't grab attention with at least half the story purely dedicated to an in-class exposition dump about the world. Skipping ahead showed me the errors in spelling, grammar and word choice continue. I would love to follow the story more to find out more about the world but it lacks what I need currently. Please update the prose to improve flow, lessen misspellings and other grammatical errors, and have an actual sense of direction
- RhombusRoyal Road★★★ 3.0This reads like a bait and switch on premise vs. delivery.
Short version - Way too much power, way too fast.
Long version.
Her skill is not "Trash". It's controlled, selective, and precise annihilation. The only limitation seems to be it doesn't work on sapient beings or spirits. There is a minor mass limitation. Considering how powerful it is against things without mass, it's not much of a limiter. The MC uses it on things like microorganisms, energy, and magic. Example - They delete blood and spilled bodily fluids from dirt with perfect precision instantly.
The MC, after paying attention for a minute or two, to someone else using a skill on them gets another top tier cheat skill. It lets them heal anything short of instant death after a few hours of self study. The only limiter being it only works on one person at a time and uses a good bit of mana to do it. Example - First day with the new healing skill and they are not only fixing lethal wounds on arena fighters but able to fix lingering long term damage those fighters have suffered over a career.
Then someone teaches them an endless mana recovery cheat skill that only provides mana for the healing skill.
They gain significant combat skills after practicing for an afternoon. They use a book to beat up with precision a larger and stronger opponent despite having not having the skill until the day before, or maybe a few days before. They could have just knocked them over with surprise or something, but the scene makes it clear they used the new skill to deliver controlled and precise blows.
If the MC doesn't understand how powerful they are that could be an interesting story. There are too many supposedly smart, skilled, and powerful other people who see the skills in action for that to work here.
Social issues
1. Too many people are fawning over or jealous of the MC. Not just students, but adults. It makes the MC come across as narcissistic.
2. The MC is top tier attractive, from a wealthy, powerful, and noble ba - DrAltRoyal Road★★★ 3.0This is a pit-fighting tournament story featuring a ringside healer who crosses the Mary Sue bridge (she can do no wrong). The first ten chapters focused on the setup described in the author's blurb (quite infodumpy about the story's skill system) and then that goes away.
From chapter 20+, it's about fighting for money in a ring or colosseum. Much spectacle. Not that much substance, as the MC refuses to check her stat window. The pacing was slow, and I may catch up later since I am curious to see the total developmental system progress I've read about.
Add a star if you like pro-wrestling arena fights where no one ever dies because the MC won't let them. Gotta say this story strayed from the initial opening, like in the early fantasy-centric chapters, MC thinks of money as 'silvers' and later marvels at how many 'dollars' the fighters get paid in the 'ready to rumble' portion.
