Cruel parents kicked a young adult out of the cozy family nest into a cruel world. (Actually, it's a little more complicated than that, but never mind) The horizontally gifted kid who knew only MMO games, streaming and junk food in his life is faced with the need to provide for themselves.
He gets a job at the Delivery. And SUDDENLY, he finds a second, mystical side in the work. He realizes that now he can do what he loved so much, kind of, in reality. Of course, the rules of the new reality need to be learned and understood, but these are minor things.
This story is remarkable for pulling off the following feats:
1) MC. This is by no means the typical type of hero for such stories. He was not humiliated. He has no debts or sick relatives. He's just a zoomer who wanted to make some extra money for his computer and stumbled upon a miracle.
2) Setting. Absolutely original. No classic dungeons. No classic stats and EXPs gimmick.
Also note that the original Author wrote it in Russian, the translation is very functional and is as good if not better than many other fan translations of Japanese short novels that are common on the internet.

Although System Niche is quite generic here in Royal Road, the take of the said niche is quite unique.
It's a story of a MC forsaken by his family, forcing him to face reality of life. But like every other story, he met a miracle that gave him a second chance in life.
Writing style is easy to understand, but I wish the author refrain from writing blocks of paragraph and splice them into readable segments. I understand that the original version is not in the English language, so the mistakes in grammar are forgivable.
As I said, this story is a unique take of the System niche. It's not a protaganist against evil kind of take. It's just protagonist against life. It's just him, getting by the harsh reality of world.
Main character's motivation is also clearly shown in the story, and it's (for me) quite relatable and realistic. There is also no unnecessary gimmicks in his design, it's just him being a human who loves video games.
Overall, whoever will read this review, I suggest to read it with an open mind and open heart. To the author, continue improving and please continue sharing us good contents. That's all.
