Neptune Waters was an unregistered water spirit turned private investigator scraping by in the slums of the world’s major metropolis. The sole survivor of an event that killed hundreds, his only goal in life was to find answers to what happened that day.

It all seemed hopeless until he was suddenly offered to work as a consultant for H-Sec—a government organization tasked with investigating high profile crimes with the full authority of Earth behind it.
