How to overcome the most difficult times in your life? I live in the 21st century, but every day I encounter breaking news on social media: 'enemy killed some innocent people and captured new territory,' 'the threat of fleas from Europe,' 'new deadly virus stamp,' 'the authorities propose to allow men to leave the country, but they should pay the fine every month.' Sometimes I don't understand whether I live in the Middle Ages or a mental house. So, what helps me not lose my mind in this situation? Sex, work, my lovely husband, dreams, psychotherapy, and antidepressants obviously.
