- YorthRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Can we talk about how many stories on this site don't have grammar issues? Not many, right? To the land of Nyx is one of those few. Perfect grammar, engaging style. The characters are so incredibly well made, so fleshed out, and so unique, you can't help but root for every single one of them.
Some people might complain about the slow pace, ask "when are we finally gonna get to the land of Nyx?". And their criticism won't be without justification. The prologue does leave you thinking that the main events of the story would occur after they reach the land of the dead. This story isn't about that. There is this joke within the cicada 3301 circle—A game of tag that lasted for wayyyy too long—that cicada is about the friends you met along the way. Well, in that same breath, To The Land of Nyx is about the characters you meet along the way. - JeanDRaccRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Read till available chaps, chap 15. It's slow-paced, but the last chap seems to start showing the changes of pace for the story since we get some plans for Hyde and Rhine. Or maybe only Hyde. We need to see if its house falcon, or if it was Gus. Well, no more spoilers.

You might want to suspend judgement and read the whole thing, before you give it a rating! It's slow, but it's not at a snail's pace. - MejiroRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This is a quite-slow paced story - it's almost slice-of-life in terms of pace, with a load of fairly quiet conversations and relaxed scenes. The writing does start a bit clunky but improves after the first half dozen or so chapters, and the characters get a bit firmer. Don't expect a lot of action or magic systems, this is mostly a character study, with slow building towards an eventual plot. It's fairly brief, so if you want to relax with something, you could do worse!
- GeraldRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5The story itself was very good. The siblings convo was perfect. Well, they always argued but I like it. What makes me hold the story was, the siblings quarrel. I think it makes me expect something? Sis-con? Romance? Incest? I dont really care as long the story develops/improves/continues. Hence, a lot of that happened in medieval era.
On the other side, the story was too slow! Do I have to wait another decades just for a single chapter? Well, I have to re-read the previous one everytime a new update releases just to recall where the story ended last time.
