Description

Adam has never had the easiest of lives - what with his mother's passing, his workaholic father and a reputation as the school pauper. Sometimes, he wondered how he got stuck with such a piss poor hand while everyone else around him seemed to be living such perfect lives. But hey, at least it's not as if things could get any worse... right?

Wrong! Now, after an unprompted medical examination, Adam is forced to grapple with the idea of his impending fate, all the while still having to deal with the everyday chaos of his regular life. Will he be able to deal with the thought of his waning mortality? Or will he find himself falling down a rough and treacherous path?

A unique story one would usually not find on a sight like royal road that seems to be plagued by LITRPG's and fantasy stories. Instead it is one grounded in realism, telling the story of a dying teenager with only a few months left to live. It is one that has so far kept me excited and drawn into the mindset of the main character and his struggles, making me tear up slightly when it came to a few of the chapter.
When it comes to the story It has interesting and varied characters, some of whom you will love and others you will want to beat the ever loving hell out of. In regard to the grammar and writing seem to be to a good standard - Although I am not an expert on the English language so take that how you will. Lastly when it comes to the style, although I am a fan of it, I feel I should warn you that if you are expecting a web novel type story you will be disappointed, with it styled more like a regular, published novel.
Overall, I believe it to be a good story with a lot promise and reccommend people to give it a read.
