Thank you to the readers who stayed along for the journey.

The continent of Vaine is a place of technological and magical might. It is the pinnacle of human brilliance, and is more powerful than it has ever been—truly approaching a never-before-seen golden age of magic.

But what if that was all a lie?

Dominic, shipwrecked and confused, wakes up one day on the shore of a continent which shouldn't be there. No maps in Vaine show it; no sailors have ever reached it; as far as anybody knows, the continent of Hesia does not and has never existed. In the last thousand years, no one has left, and no one has made it in. And on this hidden continent, he finds demons—a race of people who are far more adept at magic than humans.

As Dominic uncovers the lost history of the two lands, he must come face to face with kings, mages, gods, and the dark past of the most powerful organization in Vaine, which has long done everything it possibly could to keep those skeletons buried.

And they're not the only ones who can keep a secret.

This is a truly remarkable story. Characters feel alive and singular in their own way. The magic system is unique. I've never seen mana described like that. It's like it's alive and has feelings. I'd recommend it to you if you want something different and refreshing, not very good at reviews, but I truly like this book and want to see it shine like the star it is.

Let me preface this by saying that im terrible at reviewing, and the only reason why im writing this is because I believe it helps with the algorithm and I want more people to read the novel.
So i guess lets start now:
GRAMMAR: So far I have no complaints about grammar or spelling although you should take that with a grain of salt since english is not my first language.
STYLE: The story is told through a cryptic style of story telling where things are gradually revealed about the world slowly along with the events happening. this can be a bit tricky at times and i'm certain that i've missed certain clues about the magic system and the world here and there, but with the help of the occasional exposion dump chapter (which are illustrated wich is cool as f***!!!) you are able to eventually figure stuff out.
STORY: I really like it, especially the world building. Don't want to spoil anything so I'll leave it at that.
CHARACTERS: This in my opinion is the weakest part of the story, but its also the most subjective some character are really likable and other a little bit annoying for me (mostly Aster... don't like the clingy types). As for the main character i can say that he is not a blank self insert mc that we very often see on this site.
CLOSING THOUGHTS: I hope this review wasn't to much of chore to read since i didn't proof read it carefully. I really hope more people find this story, its rare to see an author puts this much affort and still not be well known.
TO AUTHOR: I love the illustrations. Thats all :D

Read the damn thing and let me ramble-review in peace.
It's well written stuff. The begining put me off a bit, because jerks gotta be jerks, but everything is resolved in a timely manner so it's fine. The lore is super mysterious and interesting, there's PICTURES and DRAWINGS that are actually GOOD so that's a big plus. I also think it's funny that bad people smells bad. Very underated. It needs maps tho. Maps are good. I could be convinced to buy a kofi if there was a map. Hint hint nudge nudge. I wish we would see more of Aster's siblings too. maybe they could be even more sneaky than their brother and actually be tailing Dominic all this time. What a twist. Also I'm pretty sure Set is evil or something, siphoning all the mana from the humans to him. That's just a theory tho. But something is mad fishy. Also couldn't they just go underwater? Or straight to space then back down? Or through the earth crust then back the otherside? I'm fairly confident that the portals are super advanced 'cause that's what they tried to get out. Also bravo for making the animal companion NOT anoying. Aster is a sweet boi and I wish him the best.
See how I pad my review with words instead of the letter a? Impressive stuff. Also clickety click is o b v i o u s l y the best option in the poll.
