Author’s Note: Hey, if you like Town building please come in and read my story. My main focus will be writing a fun story about a struggling MC trying to gain power and a little bit of safety in his new life. Since I am starting a business and have a family I will be posting infrequently. Additionally, there will be errors in spelling and grammar, but I am being up front about it, please leave specific feedback and I will gladly correct it. Cover art is not my own and I will be returning from Hiatus soon 4/27/18

- WhassupRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Story about a reborn man, who received a little too much interest from the all seeing God, who made sure he wouldn't mind the new world too much... The brain surgery for it seems to have cut a little too much.
- Pointless RythmRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Did not want to set this down! The city building mechanics make sense and character growth is paced at a realistic speed that allows for a fantastic read. Some of the character relationships might benefit from a little more fleshing out, such as the romance which still feels a little awkward, but over all characterization throughout the story is very well done!
Pretty much exactly what I was looking for in a litrpg with city-build mechanics!! - tempest86Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I came across this one a few months ago when it had a couple less chapters. All in all, baring minor editing issues, it is a good start.
The bloodline system is intriguing, and well worth exploring, although it seems likely that for that to become more of the story there will have to be time skips.
(Update: Chapters have resumed. And the story has gone from strength to strength. Review has been upgraded) - R E TrumbleRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I found the story enjoyable and interesting hope to see many more chapters.
- O'kunniganRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Great potential, just gonna wait for more chapters before I read and write an actual review.
- worgRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Great story, i appreciate the "material garnering" for the town needing the MC to personally move his ass and go on adventures, so he don't end up having everything served on a plate to him back in his workshop.
The system is good and the MC seem to have some growth in the couple last chapters (like, he was a little bland before), it's better like this ^^ - RoknarRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5For only 4 chapters I can already tell this is going to be good. Really looking forward to where he takes this story. Already have this one on favorite and will be following it closely.
The character is already fleshed out and understandable. The MC may become OP but at this time he is very relateable. - ZackliphonRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5A good story that compelled me to leave it a review.
Firstly as long as this story is continued and the author doesn't slack off I can see this becoming a high ranking story in the foreseeable future.
Style & Grammar: The style the story is written in is decent, it’s just that some chapters can be absolutely riddled with mistakes. Now, thankfully as more chapters are being released one can see less and less mistakes therefore it is obvious the author is improving. But there are still a lot of mistakes evident in the earlier chapters.
Character: Overall the characters are well done and you can see the effort the author has put into them. Personally, my favourite character would without a doubt be Grim and I would love if the author could explore the relationship between him and the protagonist.
Story: The story is very well done. I think the author has done excellently when it comes to the system, with things like bloodlines, upgrades and inheritable skills it all makes for a fascinating story. I was also pulled in and intrigued with the whole town-building aspect mentioned in the description. So far there isn’t really town building, more just crafting. In order for it to be town building the protagonist needs to take a more active leading role in the town's running.
But overall this is a great story that I hope will continue into the foreseeable future. - madstackRoyal Road★★★ 2.5Written after reading up to chapter 6.2. Mild spoiler (first 2 chapters) in Character section, but I don't suggest skipping it as it's important info.
STYLE (3): Writing and storytelling is all over the place. Every chapter is poorly structured to the point where it becomes obvious that the author had no short term goals or direction. Every chapter feels like a string of information and exposition.
Another big issue is that the reader is pretty much stuck with Zach's 3rd person POV, while the story drags on rigidly.
STORY (3): The 'System' is the strongest point of this fic, in fact it is so interesting, that I'd gladly play a "pen and paper" RPG with it as a base. Everything else is pretty bland though. No 'town building' (yet).
CHARACTER (2): The main character doesn't feel like a character at all and is often unnecessary. Grim, his companion AI, has access to all his memories as well as its own emotions and ability to act on its own initiative. Even other characters in the story seem to like it over Zach, so, what's the point of having Zach around, then? I don't know, but the author supposedly has a plan in mind.
It ultimately doesn't matter as neither Grim nor Zach (especially Zach) are very likeable or relatable. The author seems to want to have multiple main characters, which is fine, but this is not how its done.
GRAMMAR (2): It's not that bad, but every sentence has a few words with missing letters and every other sentence has a few words missing. Gets both tiring and annoying after a while. Feels like it was written on a phone with heavy use of autocomplete... - Jacob HarrisRoyal Road★ 0.5Poor grammar. Misleading. Overall ineffectual storyline with huge gaps.
