Description
This is not the Earth that you and I know. This Earth is in an alternate reality, where different rules apply. Most of the events that happened on our Earth happened on this Earth as well, though caused by different things. You see, this Earth has levels, magic and dungeons. Adventuring into these dungeons is a way of life for a lot of people. Jonathan just turned 18, which means he is eligible to become an adventurer. Follow Jonathan and his friends as they begin their journey.

- SapientzaRoyal Road★★★ 3.0I originally had this at 4.5 stars, but by the time I got to chapter 44, the problems became more aparent.
The story started out as a generic power fantasy, which I have no problem with and quite enjoy, young human finds out he is the king of an ancient alien civilization, and must fight to take back his throne and avenge his dead parents... Whats not to love? Things start going downhill pretty quickly though, there is almost no character development, and the story basically becomes a detailed description of all the fights the characters are having. That would be okay if the fights were either progressing the story, or developing the characters, but alas, its just a bunch of tedious fight scenes. All these scenes dont even have the payoff of seeing increased stats or levels, by the end of these slogs, I have no idea what level the MC is. (I am NOT a massive stat-blocks fan but at least tell me his level after he has been fighting for 3 chapters)
Luckilly the tedious fight scenes dont last forever, except that once the never-ending fight scenes end, we immediately switch to detailed descriptions of the VR Space game the MC and his friends are playing.
So at this point, the story is too much of a slog to read. Perhaps one day I will skip through the chapters and see if the actual story ever starts up again, and if the tedium lessens, but right now its too much of a slog for me to bother doing that.
On the up side, the grammar is pretty good, and I didn't really see many errors, and I like the the story concept well enough.
